Ordered online and picked up in store. My chicken wings was supposed to be buffalo but the manager at the counter caught that they was barbecue. She yelled back to get a new order of wings done asap. Few minute's later I was out the door with my complete order.
It was easier order. Food was quick people were kind there was plenty for later Miranda.
I was going through a rough day today and I was getting hungry. I recently just had Papa John's for lunch today. And I think their food is FIRE π₯ AKA really great. And I had a grandpa named John. And when I was a kid, I thought he owned the business. So thank you again for great looking great food. I am about to work doubles and you guys helped me out to get through the next days dinner after working. Keep up the great work ππππ. You will have me for a customer for ever !! π
I actually just called this location and asked for the corporate number/Email to say Thank you! My order is always on time, perfect each time, and yes I tip the driver whenever possible. The service is always great! Not sure if they receive many compliments because the girl who answered seemed a little taken back and the Manager was like, hmmm here is corporates number. I asked if there was an email and he could not provide it, which is fine. I just wanted him to Thank the crew and himself for the Great Service!
Well for me I'm absolutely addicted to there pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust on the Bbq chicken pizza. Or just the Bbq chicken pizza. The pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust is very good. I love the garlic butter they rub over the crust! That really topps it off.I absolutely can not get enough! Idk if it's the Bbq sauce they use, but something is just so delicious I can't get enough. I'm not a fan of there regular pizza sauce though. To me it is too sweet, but the Bbq chicken pizza that's my go to everytime! Absolutely love it and go back all the time!. I am a repeated customer. Haha
This is another occasion where I have to admit that I only delivered from this particular Papa John's on this occasion, but I have also eaten it this one and it is by far, the absolute best Papa John's in University heights. Well it might be the only one in University heights but it's also the best Papa John's around the area in general. Everybody there is super sweet and nice and I wouldn't go to any other Papa John's
We ordered pizza hut a week ago around 7 p.m. we still have not gotten our pizza or call nothing dominoes can never remeber $2 dipping sauces so we hardly ever order pizza anymore my husband ordered papa johns @ 5:20 p.m. it wad here by 6:00 p.m. food was hot and delicious π

First time ordering from this location, after being told a hour for delivery it took a hour and 45 mins. Guess they are short on drivers. Pizza and wings were cold, the next day they did replace my order no problem.

This is so amazing! This store went above and beyond! I want to give the biggest shout out to all the crew members all the way up to the Region Manager! Because of the service I experienced doesn't come from just the crew, its also comes from the expectation of the management team up to the region manager. I placed an order with some details that usually doesn't always get the attention it deserves at some locations! (Party cut, extra peppers, extra napkins, party cut,etc.) EVEN THOUGH THE BUTTONS ARE THERE FOR YOU TO REQUEST THOSE OPTIONS! But, Store #329 in Indy on Madison Ave, the whole crew went above and beyond and everything went GREAT! I received everything plus more! I work customer service as a manager and I would love some feed back like this because as the manager of the store I would want nothing less! But, I would be very proud! I will definitely return! Thank you!!!

Papa John's is my favorite corporate pizza chain. LOVE THEM! And I love their rewards program. It's a pretty good deal in my eyes. No complaints with this location! My pizza is always right, hot when delivered and quick to be ready for pick up!
