We wanted to try the small plate promotions. It was pretty crowded so we sat in the bar. Juana was the bartender/waitress/everything else. She was doing 5 things at once and was handling it great. Makes a great frozen Bahama Mama. Highly recommended.

We went for my birthday and it was a decent experience. It was a little slow even without many customers. About 15 minutes in we suspected that the lack of service was due to the gossip that could be heard coming from the kitchen. The food as always was great but the lack of urgency in which it was delivered was disappointing. I know however that this is not always the case and will return given time and money.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in at least 20 years. The theme really was nice. Old wharf/pier feel. The employees are wonderful.Service was on point. The food was cooked to perfection. Wheelchair friendly.

Took my client there for lunch today and had a very good experience. Very enjoyable meal, food prepared to our liking. Hostess(don't remember her name) was very helpful, she helped us in and out of restaurant (client uses a wheelchair),our server (Debbie)was professional and friendly, she made sure food was satisfactory and drinks refilled, she also had good conversation. Other staff members were friendly also.

Good food, manager was nice and very professional he made his rounds to each table to check on the guests. Lobster was a little over done but that was to be expected since we came in 45 mins before closing...The assistant server was more attentive than the actual server, the assistant server did a great job!

Called to make a reservation and was told I did not need one but when I arrived and asked for a booth, I had to wait 15 minutes because of a server not being available... ✋🏽 that's what I was told. Other than that, our dinner was great! My daughter didn't like the kids lobster tail but what else is new?

Visited on 4/14/18 had a pretty short wait for our table. Ashley was our waitress she handled our party of 9 really well. She was very friendly, personable and engaging. My family is the same way so we all had a good time with her. Bread came, our salads came there after. Our entrees took a little while but nothing crazy but when our meals came I don't think I heard any complaints just forks clanking. The manager even came out to our table and must have previously seen that my nieces shrimp skewers were a little burnt and not only did he bring her a new set but he went above and beyond but blessing her with a gift card for a future meal and he took her meal off their bill. Now that is excellent management and customer service when we hadn't even complained about a thing. So thanks again RL management and staff for a great evening. Kudos to Ashley she did her thing.

The hostess saw my 3 year old admiring the lobsters, so she got one out so he could touch it. That meant the world to us. The waiter was awesome. He was on top of it, food was great service was excellent.

Bryson was awesome! My only complaint is that they were out of fresh mozzarella. I'm seriously addicted to the dragon broccoli with my balsamic glaze and biscuits. It's a meal in itself. I went at about 5 on a Saturday. No wait. But the house felt full. I'm going to have to try so delivery because I'd love to be able to binge watch under the covers with my crispy spicy broccoli and biscuits. I so want extras. I wish it came in t a larger portion. With my rewards app I didn't pay hardly anything for my food. I will be back, if not this location, I will be at another.

Well everyone Red Lobster on West 38th Street is the lobster to go to the management has changed the service has changed a lot of the people that were in there before have changed the services quite magnificent and the food is even better depending on what you order you going there after Seafood please only order seafood and not stay in our chicken or the seafood cuz that's what their specialty is and you will have a better dining experience with me seafood experience then a mixture of something that they don't really are the heads up. I'll just head formation does you without hope you're down there and have a pleasant dining experience like I just had.
