I'm at the Del in La Quinta! They do get a lot of things right here,but they struggle in a few areas. Number 1 is today! I ordered a Double Del Combo meal #16. That comes with cheese, except they are out of cheese. This is the dryest burger I have ever had and with no cheese will almost go into the trash but I need to eat...very disappointing. Your bathroom situation is and always has been a problem. There are times when it is not open and it is the outside type which means your employees leave their post and have to meet me outside very difficult and in today's world, this place is living in the 50.s. the burger was thrown out!:no way I can eat this!!! They do have the music on and that is something I can't say about your other locations Jerry! The only 2 Del's that have music consistently on is Palm Desert by Deep Canyon and this location The Dillon location had turned theirs off and same with Washington and 111. The employees seem to be able to do what they want with music and that is not play it. So my experience today is very poor and unacceptable!! I was not told they were out of cheese and when I got the burger the patties were dry and were thrown away. Fix it Jerry

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window the cashier handed me a portion of the order & says we are still waiting for fries. Then I asked what about the burritos, tacos and milkshake. After that every time he comes to the window and gives me another item, but I have to ask what about the other items until I had my full order.

The service was quite slow. Went after 10 PM and only a family of 4 children and two adults were ahead of us. The order took more than 10 min to get. My fish tacos were cold. The other things we ordered were 3 box meals.

I really love their vegan tacos proud to see that fast food restaurants are now offering vegans the opportunity to eat out. Vegan tacos and burritos at del taco that is great just asked without she's because they do put cheese on there for vegetarians.
