It was a good experience overall, food was tasty, hot and everyone was nice, great service, we will be back for sure!!!!
This is our second time at this Restaurant the service was a little slow however, the food was delicious!
I’ve never heard of Paul Martin’s until a nice young lady at a store I was shopping at informed me about it. My family and I went and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. We went to the one in the Spectrum Center in Irvine. We had the pleasure of dining with Ryan. He made our time there very enjoyable! Our food was good and our dining experience was was pleasant as well. You will not be disappointed.
Food was good. We ordered several different appetizers. Meatballs, artichoke dip, tuna lettuce bowls, deviled eggs, all were really good. Also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and brussel sprouts. Those were just ok. Service was great and the place is nice. Many seating options.
Excellent and a special atmosphere. I liked the experience, the location is more than wonderful, and the interior design system of the restaurant is distinctive and postmodern style
Ambiance: Love the decor of this place, very classic and relaxed. Quiet, but in a good way, makes the big room seem more intimate for some reason.
Service: I came here for my birthday, and I'm glad I did. The reservation was ready, and our server was attentive and helpful. Didn't have to wait too long for anything, kept us informed, and made great suggestions.
Food: I loved everything I got, im not sure what they did, but that spinach dip was the best I've ever had. My friends and I talked about it for days, lol. Drinks were tasty and strong, and the food was overall fresh and flavorful. My whole party loved the meal!
Always the best... Their happy hour menu has more options than most other places at the spectrum... Update 2 years later... Even better now! They changed around the outdoor dining area. The staff is great and we had a really accommodating waiter. This place is our favorite.
Update 9/11/23 - this place keeps getting better and bringing us back for more as the happy hour is still as good as ever with a few new menu options that are sure to intrigue.

Service: Friendly & Professional
Food:Excellent, we went at Happy Hour & we ordered almost all the appetizers: Deviled Eggs, Buffalo cauliflower bites, Margherita Flatbread, housemade meatballs, Hoisin Ribs, all delicious, hard to pick a favorite. I ordered a couple cucumber refreshers, super yummy and my friend ordered a high ball and the other friend ordered a beer. We had left overs with 3 people.
Ambiance:Clean, modern & sophisticated
Price: $100+with tax & tip for 3 people
Other: Parking valet is quickest way to walk over but pick the valet closest to restaurant
Excellent service from beginning to end. It has been a battle trting to find a restaurant that has tasty food worth the price during the Pandemic. So, thankful we ate hear to celebrate a birthday! They did not disappoint!
Early Birthday surprise Dinner for the wife and friends.
Started at the bar with a few rounds of drinks
Five star bar seating area and fast amazing service with quick refills and great conversation from the bar staff.
Dinner - well as you can see from the photos not one dish came out bad and all the recommendations where on point!!
With such a great selection of food and hands down some of the best deserts to choose from you can’t go wrong here for a dinner before a movie or a comedy show.
Even just for a night out so t miss this hidden gem tucked away at the spectrum… search it out and enjoy.

We had an amazing meal here, everything was on point. The steak and cocktail were superb and Jared was such a good server, he made the experience even better with his exceptional and professional demeanor. I have no complaints and can't wait to come back, make sure to check this place out next time you're at The Spectrum.
First time here, for Father's Day !
We came in at 1145 am. We were promptly seated. Our server was punctual and took our orders.
I had the fried chicken breast and waffles. The sauce on top of the chicken was to die for, on the spicy side but delicious! The chicken breast was fried perfectly and moist.
The waffle was super good as was the maple syrup.
It was definitely a great experience with the ambiance as well as the food.
The prime rib (only available after 2 pm) caught my eye on the menu and I will be back to give it a try.
