This place was recommended to me by my waiter at a restaurant. I had never heard of this place and I'm glad I did, because this dessert is quite a tasty treat! To begin, their milk ice cream tastes so rich and creamy, I don't think I've ever tasted such rich and creamy milk ice cream before! They obviously have different flavors and toppings, but I opted for the basic ones and they were just right. I wanted to get a taste of their basic ones, to see if in fact they were any good, and let me tell you, they were great! So I ordered the Sweetie and the Honeymee. Both were basic and plain, but that's exactly what I wanted. The Sweetie was simply drizzled with honey. The Honeymee was drizzled with honey and it also comes with a honeycomb chip on top. I've never had an actual honeycomb chip, this was my first, and it was sweet and delicious! Yes I finished both, they were that good, hahaha! I almost wanted to try one of their milkshakes but I decided to save it for next time. The place was clean and well lit, I appreciate a clean and organized place. I arrived at approximately 10pm on a Friday night, so we also ran across some late night dessert freaks that were loud and probably drunk because they knocked over and spilled their milkshake on the floor and were laughing hysterically about it, lol! The staff was courteous and helpful, I explained it was my first time there and she helped me by answering all my questions. There wasn't a long wait time to receive my order, I was putting my wallet away and it was already being served for me, real quick! I do recommend this place for some simple sweet desserts.

Quaint little novelty ice cream shop, from the open floor plan to the chalk drawings on the walls. The ice cream is visually beautiful, and we loved the little honeybee spoons. The price isn't too bad, especially considering that the milk and honey come from local family farms. And man does it taste good; honey adds a perfect sweetness to the plain cream flavor of the ice cream. Workers were polite and patient while we took in our options. Overall a great, quiet place for a treat.

Came here on a Wednesday night for an after dinner dessert. No wait! I ordered a Cookies and Cream milkshake. It tasted good as I would expect...a creamy Cookies and Cream milkshake with a little honey. They do have seating inside and a restroom for customers to use. Parking here was easy since the other businesses around it were closed for the day.

Just had this for the first time and it’s so delicious! I bought the “Honey Adffogato” ice cream and added the honey comb (to which you can add to any ice cream for a $1.00!) I never had real honey comb before and it was a mad burst of flavor! I later added cereal to the last half of the ice cream (btw, cereal is complementary) and it was just perfect! Wonderful treat to have on a hot day! The interior was nice and the walls had these really nice drawn chalk art! Staff was friendly and just overall enjoyable!

We got the affogato and loved it. If you hate the typical overly sweetened ice cream most places have, this should be your go-to spot. Perfect balance of sweet and creamy.

Good place. My go-to is the Sweety only because I'm lazy to nibble on an actual honeycomb piece (which you have to do for the Honeymee).

Love this place!! Each side of the wall is the perfect picture spot. Interior: So clean and cute! Everything's so organized and nicely put. There are a lot of seating areas so you can choose a table, the wall bar, long table, or even outside. I came here several times, it's a great place to work during the day. They have free unlimited wifi! The ice cream I got was the 'Honeymee' with extra honey around the cup, the taste is so rich and different from every other ice cream parlor I've been to. I've also tried the sea salt chocolate honey milk shake, it's a little sweet but still good. Dear Chocolate is also great if you're tired of just the regular honeymee ice cream. I've recently tried the green tea smoothie and this is perfect since it's so light, made thick enough and just great. 10/10 would recommend!

Limited lactose alternative but they do have options. I opted to take a lactate pill and get the honeymee original with the honey comb chip. It was amazing. The honey was tasty. It was a good combination of sweetness. I’ll get it again for sure!

This place is great. Old school real milk soft serve that takes me back to my childhood. I have had the honey, the caramel, and the chocolate, all were fantastic. They have games and books while you wait.

I just moved to Irvine and came across honeymee last night. I had the dark chocolate with sea salt. The chocolate is from France, so rich! They drizzle the chocolate syrup so its not overly rich. The sea salt is strong at first because its sprinkled on top. The milk cream is so smooth and subtle. I will go to honeymee over regular ice cream because it is so light yet so very satisfying! They also had some game boards out so we played connect four a few times. It's a fun spot to go to for sure.

My favorite soft serve around here, used to be McDonald's. I'm only talking their plain one (Darling), though. Not into honeymee's other fancy flavors. Milkshake is way too sweet. Gotta tone that sh*t down.

We go here at least once a week after dinner. We enjoy the Sweetie and Matcha Affogato the most after having tried the Honey Affogato and Sweetie Fruitie also. We've also gone to other locations but portion wise this one is the most consistently 'generous' .. or is Westminster location cheaping out? Also this location has a 25 cent Yelp check-in discount whereas Westminster location does not.

It's been on my list of things to try, but was in no rush to absolutely have it when they first opened. I happened to come across it while we were out Poke hunting for Kyogre and Groudon, so it was a nice break from hunting while we waited for the rest of the group to arrive. I was interested in their teas, but boyfriend offered to share one of the parfaits. He picked up the Sweetie Fruitie, which consisted of their true milk ice cream, freeze dried fruits, cornflakes and a generous drizzle of honey. The fruits were sour and I wished they provided real fruits to complement better, but if you like sweet n sour, it's a nice balance. Now that I can say I've been and had their milk ice cream, I'm intrigued by their affogato series with yuzu or matcha! I'm actually down to try yuzu- anything lol Until next time!
