One of the busiest stores I've been to. If you mobile order, double (or triple in the morning) the usual time. Not much work space. 5 tables and 2 counters inside. Nice patio though on a pretty busy intersection. Kudos to the staff for being friendly and efficient in the chaos. Love this Starbucks! The people here are great, but the wifi speeds are worse than bad. Pretty much unusable much of the time.

Had the café americano tall with three raw sugars., and a banana pecan loaf bread.. it was aight.. although it felt like an eternity to get my order.. parking is not easy to find it probably was like that because I believe at certain times different traffic flow in the area.. obrigada, merci but a not so speedy on thé order starbucks.. thanks.. but I will be visiting another Starbucks location to compare timing and service..

Visited this Starbucks on July 4th. The staff was upbeat, fun, and incredibly attentive. For a busy day, they wete fantastic keeping the orders moving quickly. Looking forward to coming here again because the staff was so awesome.

This location is my favorite in Irvine. The staff is always extremely friendly, and they make me feel welcome every time. The food and drinks are what you expect from Starbucks, but the people are what keep me coming.

Service here is great. Hard to find parking due to popular shops. Mobile ordering and the 5 min parking will be your saving grace. They also have out seating and umbrellas. Few lounge chairs . You can seat inside as well

went to the Starbucks and the staff were friendly and nice. There was plenty of room and outlets if you need to work somewhere. The food seemed plentiful, but it might also have been the holiday season and not a lot of people were out. we came here so that I could finish my star challenges and get free product.

Very clean and modern layout. Employees are friendly and there is a standard seating area inside but a larger area outdoors. Nestled in a popular shopping area adjacent to a bustling breakfast restaurant. Exclusive 10 min parking spots for mobile orders, which is a huge plus since there's quite a bit of traffic in the lot.

Taylor needs to be awarded for his excellent service, and his great ethical behavior! It was a hot sunny day, and after running a delicious Starbucks order! Come to my car to realize that My battery just died! I have baby in the car and it was really hot! And here comes Taylor to the rescue. Besides serving us our warm coffee and delicious croissant, he is a part time hero! Runs into his car grabs his cables and helps jump our car! All while maintaining social distancing guidelines and mask regulations! Great service, with ethical and professionalism at its finest. Thank you again Taylor!!!!!

All too often we don’t leave reviews for good service (myself included), but the gentleman that helped me was so kind. He made me feel like a human instead of just taking my order and moving on. It may have been a short conversation, but little things make a big difference. Then another guy walked in that seemed like a regular and he said hi to him by name. Pretty cool customer service you don’t get as often anymore. The barista had red hair and clear glasses. Thank you for being kind!

Super busy. New girl on register, so she didn't write the correct drinks, therefore we didn't receive what we actually ordered. Purchased more than one drink, and only one of the 4 were exactly correct. The drinks didn't taste bad, they just weren't what we ordered. It's my belief the girl on the register wasn't ready to be on register. Also noticed the girl cleaning wasn't very motivated as she was moving very slowly and didn't offer to help make drinks with the line going out the door. Staff was very friendly otherwise.

Fast, friendly, accurate service. But menu boards are entirely incomplete. Know what you want in advance, or review the on-line ordering menus in the app if you need help choosing. Not tied to any specific location: I have experienced lots of errors with various games (e.g., bingo) and challenges (e.g., multiple items in a single buy are not credited correctly). Fortunately Customer Service is empowered to make most corrections or provide other compensation.
