I ordered online and did a pick-up. I always try to arrive about 5 minutes before my estimated pick-up time, and when I got there, my food was already waiting for me, which was awesome. My husband and I shared the three person family value pack. The portions were great, and it was enough for both of us. We had leftovers of some of the entree and rice. I don't think I'd recommend it for three full sized adults, but if it were two adults and a kid who doesn't eat much, then that would probably be good. I rated the food four stars because the chocolate dipped fortune cookies were probably the worst dessert I've ever had. They were hard as bricks, and the chocolate looked kinda weird. BUT they also gave us regular fortune cookies, which were great. Also, the honey chicken wasn't what I expected. It wasn't bad, but it didn't really taste like honey. It had more of a sweet and sour type taste. Again, it's not bad, but I wouldn't order it if you're actually looking for that honey flavor. Service was quick and friendly. Will for sure go back!
We are going to miss this location.. If is closing December 17th,2023.. Has been a good everything for years now.. Best of Luck with everything.. Pickup Sticks has other locations here in,"The OC areas.. "

Where else can you get freshly made, quick and affordable Vegetarian Fried Rice or Pad Thai with Tofu for lunch quickly? I enjoy my visits to Pick Up Stix on Alton in Irvine, especially after the lunch hour when it's less crowded. The managers and team are quite friendly. The restaurant is always clean. And I love the feeling of extra space. Oh, and the food tastes pretty good and is quite filling... enough to get you going until dinner. The Veggie Fried Rice comes with eggs, and you can ask them to hold the eggs (for Vegans.)
Came here during peak lunch hours and parking here was crazy. Not only that, but since there's construction going on, it limits the spots even more. The lines here at Pick Up Stix was not too bad compared to the other restaurants so I decided to go with this one.
First, out of everything here, the customer service was by far the best I have ever received from a fast food chinese restaurant. I ordered the House Chicken Lunch Combo which comes with the House Chicken, white rice, and a side of some Cream Cheese Wontons. The chicken was good but sort of salty, and everything else was just close to good, but still decent. It is a little pricey here unless you opt for the lunch special which makes things a $1 cheaper than it normally is.
Good food great for a quick bite to eat. Staff was really friendly. Lunch specials are a great option if you go before 3pm. Love to use app to collects cookies for free food
I will make this simple and short. If I come to this place and keep coming back, it's because of Judith. She is always happy to help with a big smile on her face.

My kids love the house chicken with fried rice. I was introduced to their food by my kid, the food is on their public school menu👏👏👏
Portions are small but tasty. We are regular customers for the vegi friend rice. Nice place to grab some quick Chinese food
