Great atmosphere, people, beer, and food! We are "beer snobs" and the triple IPA was amazing! Thx for the birthday treat!
A really fun spot with a giant beer selection! The prices of the beer are quite reasonable and I was drowning in options. I tried their Blonde and their Mexican Lager. The Blonde was not my favorite but the Lager, Vista Hermosa, was super delicious and they let me keep the glass it came in! The food here was truly stellar. The best item on the menu is easily the burnt brisket tips appetizer! I also recommend the chili, as long you don't mind spiciness! There are vegan, turkey, and biescuit chili options. Overall, check this spot out for any amazing bite and a good beer.
Huge selection of great beers on tap.
Actually very family friendly with TV's and classic arcade games to keep the kids occupied (and a quality kids menu).
Fantastic place to stop after a hot soccer game at the Great Park.
Open floorplan. Great food and cocktails made with their own liquor with a Cool vibe. Highly recommend the Tri-trip sandwich.... Add extra house made bbq for an extra kick
Great beers and food. Prices very reasonable. We came for comedy night on the last Sat of each month, great fun! Plan on coming back many more times!
Nice having a brewery in our area! Food is surprisingly good!! Food averages $14; so not really cheap, but quality is good. That said, I wouldn't recommend the turkey chili. Sorry, but reminded me of dog food. LOL! I would recommend the kale salad with smoked chicken (like eating beef jerky for the intense flavor) and the Ruben. You can't go wrong with their beer selection and cocktails! They also have daily specials. Plenty of spacious seating both indoors and outdoors. Would recommend this place to others looking for a fun, laid back vibe.
Nice casual spot for a quick bite and beer or hanging out with friends and letting the time go by. Our group had a scotch ale and raspberry sour. Beers were clean and drinkable. Also had a couple brisket sandwiches and a Reuben. Everything was tasty. Just be aware that the sandwiches that they actually serve do not look at all like the photos on their website - case in point - the Reuben photo depicts an opulent creation thick with meat and fresh looking sauerkraut. The sandwich we received had gooey gloppy kraut and sparse pastrami. That being said, the pastrami was some of the best I have tasted - lean and smokey. The brisket was also very good ...but again, would have been nice to have a little more meat on the sandwich. Overall, a nice experience and definitely would go back when I'm in the area again.
I suggested this spot for a date and it went pretty well. When we arrived around 6:30 the place was packed. They had trivia and a private event which made finding a table a little hard but there was plenty of seating in general. We posted up at the bar and had the onion rings and Mac n cheese with brisket add on. Food was great and so were the beverages. It was pretty loud so if you are not keen on that call ahead to find out if they are having events. The staff was very friendly and one of the guys hooked us up with some pretzel bites. We will definitely be back!
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great beer as well as a few distilled liquors. Limited food selection, but, all very good. Burnt ends are awesome. Irvine needs more options like Left Coast.
Decent beer and food selection, but where this place really ranks is the value for money. For the most part you can get a meal and a couple beers for around $20.
A solid deal - considering most fast food joints end up costing as much, but without the buzz.
Had the best Halloween time, great service always, the best beer choices, food was great and dog friendly... the pups were in costume! Love this place, shout out to Myra for capturing the moments and sharing our!
Been coming here on and off for several years now, never thought of giving them a review. Food quality here is pretty good, slightly salty for my own tastes. The Not Your Average Frings and Burnt Ends are my starters of choice. The Macs here are pretty good also.
What a nice spot for a Brewery in Irvine. Left Coast hit it out of the park. They match a good location with a large floor plan for not just a brewery but a barbecue joint. Combining great beer with barbecue is a great joint effort. I loved the beer selection. “Uno Mas” is my favorite. I ate the pull pork sandwich was so tasty.
I could the staff to be friendly and informative they helped and made a long line go fast.
The Resturant itself was large with an indoor outdoor area that uses a large garage door to keep the area open. The outside had ample shade and the ac worked to keep it very pleasant even with the door open and the temperature at 84.
I highly recommend you stop by and give West Coast some Love! Great Beer and Great Food in a south Orange County location is amazing.
Pros: good variety of beer, good distillery, large common room, outside patio is spacious, and Soda served here for the little ones
Cons: shared parking with other retailers, food is fair (in my opinion)
Recommendation: yes. Come check it out for yourself.
