This is just the perfect sushi restaurant in my book. The fish was as fresh as could be, the portions were perfect, the service was attentive, and the price was right (I think the AYCE prices actually just went down by a couple $). There's no time limit, so you can eat at your own pace and actually enjoy your food. There were plenty of nigiri options with a good fish to rice ratio, so you don't have to fill up on rich rolls, although they have a broad selection of those as well. Our sushi chef made a couple of recommendations which I always appreciate. I can't wait to go back! - 4/20/2013
This place is awesome. Best AYCE sushi I've ever had. Servers were busy but still friendly. The variety in AYCE nigiri was the best part. Go eat here!
I used to frequent this place when i lived in Tustin. I'll be paying them a visit today for dinner and I'm so excited!!!! Best sushi! Great service!
Went to Gen this evening to pick up 2 orders of cut rolls to bring how home. Service at pick-up was very friendly, and the food tasted as good as ever.
$20 all you can eat sushi for lunch. Great selection and quick service
