I have tried many Indian restaurants, this one stands "head and shoulders above the crowd". It is definitely the best I have ever had. Overall greatest place to enjoy goat curry.
Best Indian cuisine I have ever had! Beautiful flavor amazing food amazing service great place.
This is an excellent Indian food place. One of the best I've ever been to. Make sure you check the hours before you go because they are only open for certain hours of the day but well worth the wait the food is amazing
The food is always fresh and tasty! Great buffet selection. We usually go on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Best thing is they are walking distance from our home.
This is basically our Sunday brunch place of choice. They have a full and yummy buffet that works for everyone in the family. Always fresh and flavorful.
This is my favorite place to eat. The best flavors anywhere and it's good for you. There is very friendly dedicated ownership and staff to make the experience true to the name no matter who you are.
Im addicted to this place. I loved the butter chicken and the spinach rice.
The buffet was awesome. There was a nice selection of northern and southern Indian dishes. It was a great place to go on our trip to Irving,
Love the food and everything about this place....Been nearly a decade, well almost! Never fails to amaze me.
Best Indian Cuisine I have ever had. Their buffet changes all the time and I tried a little bit of everything. From the rice to the Chicken Korma it was all amazing !!!
Excellent food and variety. Will be returning!
If you are going to be anywhere in the Metroplex, you need to eat here! They have the BEST Indian food I have ever eaten. Great buffet!
Best Indian food in the Dallas area. Bar none. Excellent and flavorful. I have tried many places in the DFW area and this is by far the best. I usually take out so I don't know about the service for eat-in. But the take-out is excellent.
Enjoyed the Garlic Kulchaa which we ordered seperately other than the dish. You should try it. the Chicken and shrimp masala was awesum
Thought we was going to be waiting for ever because it was Mothers Day, even with the place been full, we were in and out in no time and of course the food was GREAT AS ALWAYS
Excellent top quality food ! It cannot get better than this.
Excellent food with plenty of gluten-free options for patrons with celiacs.
Tasty food and affordable prices. Main course curries are served with a choice of naan or rice. Overall a great place to go for dinner with nice ambience.
Nice place for Indian buffet with south & North Indian and Indo Chinese food. They have more option for vegetarian compared to other buffet. The food was overall good.
Tried the buffet lunch... Under 30 USD for two with nice veg and non-veg spread... Desert was limited for my liking though... location helps.... Would try again for sure...
One of the good Indian restaurants in the area. Have been here for lunch buffet and dinner service plenty of times and have never been disappointed.
Their buffet however wins over the dinner service. They offer a wide variety of stuff on their lunch buffet and all of them tastes good. Malai Kofta and Rasmalai were the winners yesterday. It was just too delicious to resist stuffing myself.
Food is good, Service is good and Ambiance is just ok. I do recommend their lunch buffet, its a must try.
Always end up here for Buffet with the clients, overall a good place .
Goat curry and Tiffins are good. Deserts are OK . The main course has a lot of items to talk about but its best tasted then said here.
Wide Buffet. Large variety of Indian Food for the buffet made sure that we all had something as per our taste...
Food quality and taste was good... This was pretty evident from the way this place was crowded..
Best part was the soft swirl they had for self service... Loved it all..

HUGE portions!. We each got one of the dinners thinking it would come with our curry, some rice and a couple small sides but the food filled the entire table. Each was served with rice, several pieces of naan, three additional curries and dessert. I am a big eater and I could not even finish everything!
Great food, horrible service. Waiters were nowhere to be found, unpleasant and ignorant. Huge unattended lines to both get in and pay the check.
However, the choice of food is excellent.
Best Indian food lunch Buffett hands down. Terrific selection, variety of vegetarian dishes, and everything is fresh
Awesomeness. I dont what haters think about this place, but to me its thus far best Indian Restaurant is whole Irving/Dallas, TX.
I highly recommend this to everyone. 4.5 stars out of 5.
Buffet. Is good and there's lots of it. It's not a haute quisine place, but it's good quality for what you pay.
Never ordered off the menu yet
Love this place!. Even though i stay in plano, i have no issues driving all the way to irving just to eat here. One of the very very few indian places that i like. The biryani is heavenly! Plus no one can beat their lunch buffet. Tons of options, and there are no fillers. Every single dish is great. I'm a vegetarian, and love their curries, and rice dishes. My non-veg friends love the meat dishes as well. Recommended!
Good food great service. Chili Paneer was the best. Lamb Vindaloo was 4 stars. You should try the entree Thali dinner style 5 sides and rice, different but delicious!
Lunch buffet, thumbs up. This was my first foray into an Indian restaurant in 13 yrs. Last experience was I liked about 50% of the various dishes I tried, so going again to a restaurant where it would be a crap shoot as to whether I'd like the food or not did not draw me to venture back to Indian fare.
Going to Our Place has changed that. Went for the lunch buffet, and the first thing noticed was the restaurant was brimming with Indian patrons. That was a first indicator that these folks know what they're doing when it comes to Indian food. If they didn't, their countrymen who know what well-prepared cuisine from that region is would not fill the restaurant.
Sampled a wide variety of dishes: chicken masala (chicken in a sweet cream sauce), goat curry (for those of you who like cabrito on the Latino bbq side, you'd like this), chicken curry, naan (tasty, grilled flatbread), tandoori chicken (grilled chicken with a reddish-orange outer skin), gulab jamoon (a delicious sweet side dish with the sweet potato as the anchor ingredient), and a sweet lhassi (a sweet drink comprised of a blend of yogurt and milk).
It was all good stuff. Lunch buffet is $12.00, and the quality of food definitely has you getting your money's worth. Our Place is good stuff. I will be back.
The food is always excelent. I've never had a bad meal there and unlike some Indian places. Our place is very authentic and spicy. Service can be slow but for good food this is definatively the place
Very Spicy!. So flavorful and spicy. True authentic Indian dishes.
Consistently Good. My wife and I have been going to Our Place since their opening, either for the lunch buffet which is always fresh and plentiful with a variety of vegetarian and meat based dishes. The dinner service is just as nice and to me the menu items are very affordable with a variety of dishes to choose from. We love the Chili Paneer Appetizer and the Mysore Masala Dosa is gigantic and very affordable... if you're craving great indian food you can't go wrong at Our Place.
Traditional Indian and More Than Curry. Definitely a more traditional Indian dining experience. My daughter and I had dinner there and weren't quite prepared for the traditional service. But the food was terrific, we had a sampler plate. Pretty basic decor and they show Bollywood movies during dinner. Even though we weren't familiar with the community platter dining, it was a pleasant evening. Our server was welcoming, friendly and helpful. As we were two women, we got alot of looks from men that felt less welcoming, one patron actually said something to me as he was leaving.
I have been back and every time the food is good and if the atmosphere bothers you, they have take-out. I give it two out of five. Delicious food but those who don't fit the target demographic might feel uncomfortable.
