I used their app to place my order for pickup. I didn't realize that your order is not started until you arrive. Then you're asked to park and wait. I should have just ordered at the drive-thru since I had to wait anyway. So, no time savings there. The staff was pretty quick and they were accurate.
The service it's okay. My order was all wrong and I was charged for all of the extras that I have it for receive none. I have to drive 10 minutes back Taco Bell just to get the order corrected. Communication at this location definitely needs to be improved
