I recently tried Golden Chick for the first time after moving to Texas. I got Chicken Strips and a chicken thigh, and while good, I was not blown away. HOWEVER.
On my second visit I got the chicken wings. This will be my go-to order from now on any time I visit. As far as fast food fried wings go these are top notch. Peppery and delicious, great crunch, and kicked up a notch when paired with the white gravy. The fries are decent too, similar to Popeyes except more crispy.
Let's put this out here! That grilled chicken is so damn good. Omg. Plus it's seasoned to perfection. Try it!
Clean. Not too busy. Quick service. The guy that took it order seemed as though he didn't want to be there but still did his job efficiently. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. Food was slightly over cooked but not so much that it took away from the goodness of it.
The wicked wings man let me tell you I went twice me and my son I do not eat wings but I decided to eat some with my son and boy they was good I did try them other places before I don't like the little veins in them but I didn't see that much in these only seen one and it was the last one I ate but laugh out loud I love them they're awesome awesome are awesome and they're corn fritters is awesome they're dirty rice is awesome they're very clean and the food be fresh at the location in Irving
