All of the employees are so accommodating and very nice! I have nothing but good things to say about their service!!

They sometimes mess up peoples orders because its usually really really busy but other than that I totally recommend that

I recently went to McDonald’s to study since the WiFi wasn’t the best where I was at. It had a very new and modest setting. Had plenty of charging stations and seats available. If you are in town and need a nice place to study than this might be a great place.
Order was quick and easy on the dirty computer that takes away that personal experience as I remember from my kid years. Ordered a triple chesseburger with light ketcup, no pickles and no oinions. By golly they got it right. So amazed. Still was about a 10 min wait though, but not so bad as I order a drink to go with and they gave me 2 cups, so I had two drinks to go with my burger for lunch. Rarely go here now adays as it was still $8 which is reasonable however was only a burger and large soda. Value these days are what they were pre pandemic and it shows. Pack my own lunch more so now but once in a great while I dont mind to enjoy a quick burger from the golden arches. 🙂
I gotta tell you, best McDonald’s experience of my life. Guy on the intercom was quick and to the point, got the order right away. Paying was quick. Getting food was quick, all during peak dinner hours. Staff was very friendly. Then came the food! Fries fresh and hot, nuggets were hot, burger was good. And! They got the order right, sauces and all. Not a single thing wrong with i didn’t think was possible with McDonald’s
Very clean, efficient, lots of parking, hot hamburgs, etc and even paper towels in the bathrooms!! A plus!!
Best McDonald’s all around. Staff was so friendly. My kids loved playing in one of the only play rooms left at McDonald’s! Very clean. We don’t venture out this way much but we will be coming more now!
I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. I think their prices have increased a little too high for sub-standard food. However. During a rainy motorcycle trip, we stopped in the Ishpeming McDonald's. We were graciously welcomed (dripping wet mind you) by a lady who has worked at McDonald's for 32 years. 27 years at that same store. Incredible. Unheard of by today's employment standards. She took care of us like we were her own. We dripped water all over the floor from the front door to the back. She happily mopped up after us. I then had a Big Mac and fries that reminded me of the first time I had one. The bun was soft yet toasted perfectly. The meat was seasoned nicely and hot. The Mac sauce was perfect. The lettuce fresh. The fries were perfect. The facilities were clean and working properly. If all McDonald's held themselves to Ishpeming's standard, I wouldn't complain about the price. McDonald's, take notes.
The restaurant is in the middle of a full interior renovation, should be done by the end of December 2018. The drive thru remains open. They are always fast and accurate with your order.
I hate to say anything bad about a business, and all around the service is ok, they just tend to forget parts of my order all too often. But it wouldn’t stop me from returning 🙃
This is the only McDonald's I've ever enjoyed going to. I don't know what they do differently, but the foods always been fresh and they still bring your order to your table when dining in. Plus, the kids love the playplace.
Went there at 11:40 pm. Girlfriend just gave birth and needed food immediately after. Needless to say they hooked her up! Friendly staff even though it was close to closing time!
Quick stop on our way to camp, got what we needed to fill our bellies.
