My husband and I always enjoy dining at WildFin and as a result, we chose to have a post-Valentine dinner yesterday there. Out of the many many times that we have dined at WildFin in Issaquah, I have to say that this was the BEST dining experience of all time! I ordered the Himalayan Salt seared halibut. The portion of halibut was extremely generous and cooked to perfection. The accompanied sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts were seasoned just right and were delicious. My husband ordred the rib eye grilled sandwich and it was amazing as well. Not only was the food fantastic, the location by the fireplace was the ambiance that was the added touch. Kudos to the chef(s) and management! We will definitely return very soon!
