This was absolutely the funnest dining experience we have ever had. Allow me to explain. You can order off the menu and it will be a wonderful experience, guaranteed. However, I recommended you throw all abandon to the wind and order the Emperor's ****** (sorry but I can't remember what it is called, LoL). Essentially, it is a blind tasting of whatever the kitchen sends out, to include drinks should you choose that addition; and it keeps coming until you tap out. It is WELL worth the price (two of us spent $340 before the tip).
The food was phenomenal, the service was EXCEPTIONAL, and we had a blast...and I had a 28lb food baby. Not knowing what we were eating next added a certain intrigue to our meal. Our favorite was the ramen. That is saying something since that was our final course OUT OF TEN, prior to dessert which made eleven, and we were already stuffed. Not one bad dish at Suda, just varying degrees of goodness.
If you find yourself in Jackson, WY be sure to make a reservation at Suda and prepare to have the best Japanese cuisine this side if Tokyo (and yes...I've eaten in Tokyo).
BRAVO. My fiancé and I traveled from Florida to Jackson and spent a week here. Our already amazing trip was enhanced significantly when we wandered into SUDA. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was great. The food was impeccable. I believe I tried nearly all of the menu over two nights (we went back to back for dinner). A5. Gyoza. Rolls. THE. BEST. FRIED. RICE. I have ever eaten. 10/10. Will be back again and I pray this place never closes.

This is one of the best Japanese food we had. Tonkatsu Ramen was very flavorful. The Katsu was a great appetizer, crisp and juicy. Staff was extremely courteous and paid attention to detail. Will definitely recommend if you are in the area
Every time I go to Suda I can't wait to come back! Started with one of their specialty cocktails, an order of crispy rice, and their house-made buns. Sushi is fresh, flavorful and light. Make sure to try either their truffle sake or any specialty sashimi. Fun, laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite & drink or a full dinner! Incredible service and knowledgeable staff.
We spent a week in JH for our honeymoon and ended up at SUDA Izakaya two nights in a row because it was SO. GOOD. The experience was amazing, especially because of our server both nights, Morgan 💕. We loved Morgan!!!! Thank you to Morgan for the amazing recommendations and all of her knowledge of the menu. It was definitely worth coming twice, because the menu is extensive. We ate as much as we could the first night, then really honed in on our favorites. I couldn't say enough good things.
Amazing sushi with quiet atmosphere. Good choice for sushi when visiting Jackson WY.
We love this place, the decoration is modern, great vibe for izakaya experience in a mountain state. The services are professional and welcome, we added some dishes in the last minute and it came out exactly as the time the server proof.
Speaking of the food, the fried stuff taste delicious, the grill are cooked perfectly and the rolls had balanced seasoning and texture. All the food are presented stunting like a master piece of art.
However, we are a little bit disappointed about the sashimi. They were chilled, it could be better considering its price tag.
But in all, we have a wonderful experience and celebrating the trip in Jackson hole.
Best Restaurant in Jackson Hole! The cocktails are amazing as well as the sushi and dinner menu. Highly recommend SUDA for lunch if you are downtown- they are located just off Town Square. I love Asian food and this spot is a must try!
Excellent selection and excellent service. Our server Morgan provided excellent recommendations and superb service. Price was as expected for the locale. Chefs choice sashimi had Hawaiian, Japanese, and New Zealand sashimi, with fresh Hawaiian seaweed salad. Uni nigiri, and Citrus Tako. Octopus, lemon, tobiko, ponzu, shiso, and tograrshi, presentations where visually pleasing. Served with Junmai Nigori. Finished with Black Sesame ice-cream with Sesame brittle.
Nice dinner. Sushi, croquetas, yokisoba bowl were all great.
Had an special birthday celebration here and a great dining experience with Jen. She’s very knowledgeable about Saki and gave us a great recommendation. All of our dishes were delicious and came out perfectly timed. Highly recommended!
I went into grab a quick ice cream. They have a walk-in ice cream counter, btw. The person at the counter was very welcoming and had a wonderful personality. She let me taste all of the flavors before buying. The ice cream itself was good. It could have been a bit more sweet for my liking, but may that's how it's supposed to be. Also, they swirl the ice cream instead of scooping if you are into it.
Wow. Fun environment, excellent customer service, and five star food and deserts. If you’re here in the winter, don’t miss the ramen! Wide selection of wine and sakes. We felt like this was the ultimate “choose your own adventure” restaurant. So many options, lots of shareables, and everything so so tasty!
We stumbled on this place while visiting Jackson and we were surprised at the quality of the sushi. The Maguro Crudo (pictured) was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful walking us through the menu, and the staff did well to accommodate our large group including young kids.
Nikki was our server this last Friday night and she literally provided our best dining experience we have ever had. Do not hesitate to go to Suda, we’ll be doing that every single time we come into Jackson. Thank you SUDA and thank you Nikki :)
Wonderful, gave $0 tip and the server loved it! Although she does make $2/hr so maybe think of another career? Not sure but love the food!
Best sushi in Jackson! Every time I go it is better than the last. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Shoutout Morgan, Jenn, and Marcus! Also the chefs are so good, you can count on good quality every time! Great atmosphere and even better food!
