I'm not the biggest fan of Olive Garden so I usually visit only at the family's request. I tend to order their chicken and shrimp carbonara and unfortunately there always seem to be some variations with flavor, presentation, and preparation of this dish. The breadsticks, salad and various soups are the only consistencies I can count on to be good and filling. Ultimately worth the 1-2 visits a year.
Server was great. Food was hot and timely, even during lunch hour. No Andes mints were given with the bill.
After 12 hours on the road this was the right place to.end the day. Great service, food and bloody mary.
Been there a few times and I always go with my family and good friends. Always good food and service. I would recommend to to anyone
Apples and Oranges Comparison?. This was the first Olive Garden I ever visited and at the time I didn't think it was all that great. I was a big fan of Macaroni Grill (which was down county line road a bit) so Olive Garden didn't impress me much. Since then and after eating at several others, it's grown on me. Haven't been to this particular North Jackson establishment in some time but the last time I went everything was fine.
It was great went there for veterans day. Everything was clean and the waiters did a wonderful job being attentively with the drinks and food. I was a little disappointed the ravioli didn't have any meat inside of it. If I would have know that I would have gotten a different dish. Other then that it was a great time.
When we entered the restaurant we were met by a man who holered about us needing a mask on. He could have been way nicer and I kid you not he was loud. They did have mask available but before being asked if we needed one we were met by the rude man.
The server and the rest of the staff was nice.
We had a very nice time here. The food was what one would expect for an Olive Garden. Our server, Angela, really stood out in a strongly positive way.
Overall good. I was greeted at the door by Evon, who mosied over while texting, not at all concerned that a guest was waiting to be seated. I wasn’t even sure if she actually worked there, based on her demeanor. But once I got to the table, that all changed. My server, Diamond, was attentive, friendly, helpful- she knows how to earn a tip. The food was, as I’ve grown to expect from Olive Garden- a decent ‘pre-packaged’ Italian style meal. I mean, let’s face it- it’s not real Italian, but it is good. I was disappointed that they took chicken piccata off the menu! That was my favorite go-to when I’m not in the mood for something tomato-based. They were also out of Starborough Sauvignon Blanc, but I can’t hold that against them, because there are supply shortages currently. I ended up with lasagna which came out in a huge portion, so no complaints there. It was literally enough for two meals. Got a cheesecake with strawberry topping to go. So, to be continued…
Food was amazing!!!! We had an AMAZING waiter I wish I would have gotten his name. I will be returning 😍
I came here with a group of people from my job on a field trip. This was my very 1st time coming here to eat. I was suprised at how good it was. The staff was nice & friendly and they took care of everything. I had the chicken parmesan. The food was HOT & delicious & it didn't take long. I will definitely come back!! Everything was good especially the salad & bread sticks. I wanted extra cheese on EVERYTHING. I love how they come out & use the little cheese shredder to accommodate your request too.
The service at this Olive Garden locations was outstanding. I was seated directly to a quiet, remote table out of the way of the restaurant hustle. The food was served hot and prepared nicely. Really enjoyed eating there.
Great local olive garden location. Well put together. Nice ambiance. Nice prices. Great customer service. Well managed and well kept. My food was wonderful and tasty. I definitely had no complaints.
