This establishment is truly 5 stars with me. Here's why. First it was clean inside and outside and the employees were so kind. Secondly the amount of food that you get for the price is awesome. Last but not least I ordered our food to go we drove 45min back home didn't microwave anything and everything was still so amazing. So I just wanna say to the employees at 5 guys in Jackson TN to keep up the great work and that y'all definitely have me and my family business for sure.
Burger was really good! The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.
I could only see 3/5 guys working yet there was no decline in service or the quality of their food. Nice juicy tasty bacon double cheeseburger with mushrooms and a bag full of fries. And I do mean full. They do not skimp on the portion of fries
Great & fast customer service! Always friendly and always fresh! I always get a bacon cheeseburger in a bowl! I used to get it regular with the fries & let me tell you they are GREAT!
Very friendly, efficient staff. They cooked my on line order as I informed them of my arrival via text. So it was as fresh as could be. Great service.
Its been awhile since I've been to a 5 guys... totally forgot how many fries come in a regular and ordered 2... half a bag.... soooo goood... and the guy taking my order was so fun and friendly!
