Today is my service dogs birthday 09-23-21 she is two years old. I promised her she would have steak, and i kept my word. She got a steak burrito, and she loved it. I had 3 soft tacos, which were on point as well granted. The steak burrito looked hella good.
Service was phenomenal, clean lobby and nice atmosphere with a good-sized dining lobby.
We recently ate here. They had it decorated for Christmas, it was really cute. The staff were very friendly and greeted us upon arriving. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We ordered our food and the woman who took our order couldn't have been more sweet and kind if she tried. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasted like it was just made. Both bathrooms were clean and also well stocked. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend this location.
I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years. Never fails me, food is always made correctly, tastes good and the employees are delightful. Last time I went they closed the lobby at 7pm, which was a little odd but it didn't affect me or drive thru.
This will be my Taco Bell as long as I live nearby.
Food was presented in a timely manner and was very fresh. Order was taken and made correctly the first time. Would recommend as I feel this is the best Taco Bell in town due to a friendly staff and pretty much always get my order right the first time, well done !
Desira was amazing excellent customer service and a bright smile if everyone has the kindness that she has then I will definitely be coming back because the food is always amazing but for her to be so kind, it definitely made the place break my scale
Food was served and order was correct. My soda was handed to me with soda on side of the cup. My food was hot and the staff are friendly.
This is literally the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Staff was very nice and attentive.
The building was in bad shape until they got their remodeling. (5π)

Great food, always hot and tastes amazing. Wish the chicken tender taco was back.
No question the best Taco Bell in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. They work quickly and always get your order correct. Best of all they are very nice people and make you feel like they avidly care which is unique among fast food restaurants. Nothing but praise for this great group of people and will return.
Its a taco bell experience where you have nothing to complain about if that is what you are after
Take out service was great, ranchero chicken burrito is delicious
