Quick and the employee got my order exactly like I said on her first try, she helped me understand their rewards and deals along the way. She helped me to save money and get more food. Completely satisfied and very grateful for her and her ability to go the extra distance to make my visit above and beyond. It is employees like her that make me go there multiple times a week,

We came in about 7:30pm I'm always reluctant cause every time we eat this time of night at other Burger Kings the food is cold and nasty. Nice surprise the food was fresh and hot. Will come back definitely.
Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order so I can't grade the atmosphere but everything else was fine. Placing a mobile order didn't really save much time.
So this evening I took my kids and I to the Burger King on Monument for dinner we went through the drive-thru and had the best experience our order taker Shaneice took our order like a straight Pro she has great customer service skills and made sure that all of our food was correct. Big kudos to you girl for making dinner tonight for this Mom a Breeze.
The store is mostly clean and well run. Nice staff. Air vents and negative writings on the wall need to be cleaned

Today our drive through order was done quite professionally and the attendant was polite and acknowledged me as “ma’am “ once I pulled up to pay and told us to enjoy our day! Food was perfect 👍 Awesome job! Repeated my order back to me for my approval I like that!
I rarely eat fast food, but I wasn't too confident that my food would be enjoyable i just needed something on my stomach. I went to this burger King and the hashbrowns were fresh (without that nasty overused oil taste). I appreciate that.
