I went through drive thru last night and a worker named Brittany put the biggest smile on my face , she was so polite and caring. I'll be coming back (:

I love it when you get your order right after they pull the meat from the grill. Granted double cheesburger presentation was a little messy, I'll tell you what the quality flavor and freshness of it made up for it.
Great customer service even after ordering another mcdonalds team member went out of his way and asked if i was already helped, that had never happened to me ever from any mcdonalds from the west coast.
All in all at the end of the meal everything was great.
Very clean large dining room with play area . The tables were cleaned while I was eating. Kiosks are functioning. Food came fast as ordered. 4 stars not 5 because: was not greeted when I came in and one of the workers reporting for work raced me in to order at the kiosk. Also my go to McDonald’s is better so I know it can be better. I’ll come back and upgrade if appropriate.

I was here this morning for breakfast. I came to Jacksonville for a wedding, and I visited from Myrtle Beach. We went inside to order on the kiosk, but the kiosk malfunctioned and wouldn’t process the order. So, I ordered on my phone using the mobile app. My boyfriend and I were sitting at a table, waiting for the order. I glanced at my screen and saw that my order number wasn’t on the TV that they display the orders on. Mariah, one of the managers, came to my table and asked us if we were waiting on something. I let her know that I had placed a mobile order, so we were waiting for it. She went to the kitchen to check on it, and brought it out within a minute. I thought that it was very kind of her to go the extra mile and make sure our order was complete. There were no mistakes with our order, the food was great, and Mariah’s attitude really made our day. We hope that she gets some sort of recognition for the way she goes above and beyond, because that’s honestly quite rare these days (I worked at a McDonald’s when I was in high school, so I’m quite familiar!).
This was hands down the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The store was clean and they spent all the time I needed to help me! I was 100% satisfied with the service I received here.

First of all let's face facts depending on where you go in Jacksonville the McDonald's is straight trash. However if I had the gas and the choice of which one to go to I would recommend this one above all the other ones. This McDonald's seems to have their stuff together as far as friendly and polite customer service as well as speed and accuracy with getting your order correct. I don't normally like fast food because they end up taking too long screwing your food up and by the end of it all you feel like you were cheated out of gas time and money however this particular McDonald's doesn't make you feel like that
The staff here are constantly rude and incompetent. I clearly spoke, and repeated my order multiple times when asked what I wanted and they still manage to mess up my order. My wife doesn't like onions and no ice ... That is a pretty simple request and still they put the wrong sandwich in the bag. I worked at Mc Donald's when I was a kid and we made sure to ask about condiments and made sure the order was correct. The staff here truly doesn't care. If they spent more time doing their job I stead of playing in the drive thru window they would fair much better. No manners and no home training will be the downfall of this store.

Great place to get a quick bite. Just make sure u check ur food b4 u leave to make sure u have what u ordered. Remember, we're all human and we all make mistakes. Bit the food is always good!!
Brought our son here after a fun day out and he loved it! Staff was awesome and food here was good! He played on the play ground and everything was nice and clean!
I'm also wanted to thank the staff person that kindly gave my son some coloring stuffs and a cute little stuffed animal..!!
Everything was hot, and my son's happy meal was made flawless (picky little dude only eats burger, pickles, mustard). Super satisfied with this location.
I had a pretty nice dine in experience. Food was fresh and yummy!
