Wonderful customer service and an amazing variety of treats! The ice cream is delicious and full of flavor. Everything is beautifully decorated. The caramel corn is fresh! The apples are so good and come in so many flavors. Each choose piece is made in store and the smell of fudge is the cherry on top. Always clean and organized. Really amazing treats!
Customer service is outstanding even for later hours, the smells in there are heavenly - it’s hard not to buy out the whole store! And the ice cream in the homemade waffle cone is a summer time must!
Lots of sweets and many ice cream flavors. We were served promptly and with courtesy too.

They have so many chocolate flavor variations for ice cream. Chocolate roasted coconut stood out. Apple one was surprisingly nice. Pecan and pistachio (very nutty!) were good as well.

AMAZING! I ordered a caramel apple for delivery and wrote a note saying it was a little girls birthday gift (thinking they would just ignore this as most places do!) and they sent the prettiest little gift bag with paper and included a happy birthday note!! So unexpected and made things so easy for me! This is my new go-to special occasion place for treats/gifts.

Kilwin's makes the best ice cream available. I have not idea how their calorie count compares to others but the taste is worth seeking out.
This Kilwin's stands out from others I have visited. The selection of flavors is incomparable. They appear to have every flavor available from the Kilwin's chain. The other locations I have visited have a number of flavors but not as many as this location appears to have available many more.
Today, I picked the Mackinac Island Fudge. I first found this at a store in Destin and now search it out. It is creamy, and the fudge chips are excellent. These chips very much like the fudge on Mackinac Island in Michigan. When visiting Kilwin's, give it a try.
This location is in St. John's Town Center. When we were there, the store was packed. The ice cream cases were fully stocked. The chocolate displays were full. The store was fully staffed. They were working hard to fill orders and remained friendly and smiled the whole time--despite the crush of people getting ice cream on a busy Saturday afternoon with the sun shining brightly outside.

It's so hard to walk by this store without walking in!! The sweet aroma is always too good to resist. They have amazing ice cream, fudge, the most amazing caramel apples, chocolate covered popcorn, and so much more (seriously, their product selection is crazy! So much variety, & all their chocolate items come in milk, dark, & white). There is a little something for everyone with their no sugar added chocolates and their dairy free sorbettos. Their variety & inclusivity makes kilwins the most perfect date spot since I love their ice cream & caramel apples and my boyfriend has a dairy allergy, and he loves their koolers. They also have DAILY specials. While they are all great deals, my favorite days are Tuesday's (buy one caramel apple get a second one for a dollar) and waffle cone Wednesday's (buy one waffle cone get a second one for a dollar). The staff is friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face. I can't say enough great things about this place. I also recently found out they do catering! They have ice cream socials for business events or personal occasions as well as chocolate fountains. The best part is that they provide everything- cups,spoons, napkins, & your own server! I highly recommend stopping by Kilwins at the St John's town center. They also do military discounts! Go see them, you won't be disappointed :)
We were greeted on entry and received remarkable customer care. Initially disappointed they no longer offer the deals of the day, we were pleased with our sweet tasty purchases and delighted by the pleasant and professional customer service. Did not leave disappointed. Highly recommomend!
The best ice cream in JAX. The waffle cones at Kilwins are very good and they have waffle bowls as well. Vast ice cream selection. I always have to wait in line to get ice cream here it is so good. I believe Wednesday night is buy one get 1/2 off night. Beyond ice cream let your imagination go wild when you look inside of these display cases. This is not junk this is real deal. I’ll drive to Town Center just to go to Kilwins.
Maggie and Delina were amazing. Super friendly, helpful and personal. Loved the energy they gave off made me comfortable and wanting to come back. Root beer float was good too
This ice cream shop was packed with people when we visited on a Saturday night. I can now understand why. The ice cream was good. The unique flavors and combinations also made up for extra credit. They also have a lot more than ice cream. They have all kinds of candy. I would consider it to be more of a candy store than an ice cream shop. The store was clean and the employees were very understanding and patient. Due to the long line, I unfortunately didn't get to try hardly any flavors, but I'll definitely have to come back again at a less busier time if possible. I got fudgie brownie. It was good. Not too much of anything. More portion sizes would have been favored if not already available. I was expecting a bit of a higher price, but I was surprised to find out it wasn't much. Definitely a lot more than a carton of ice cream from the store, but it was a fun outing with my family. I had a wonderful time and I'd be glad to experience it again.

Best candy, ice cream, chocolates, carmel apples, and carmel corn! Just the smell is worth walking in! Waffle cones are made fresh daily. The pecan brittle is out of this world! The chocolate covered strawberries are sinfully delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Need I say more? Go and enjoy!
Kilwins is a favorite for me and my family everytime we come to Jacksonville. Great ice cream and candy. The team is always friendly and the service is great. A shout-out to Blair who served me some wonderful Georgia Peach ice cream! Thanks Blair!
