The food was fantastic. Huge selection (to the point of intimidation for a newbie), but there were chef's choice combo options. Skip the vegan menu, because meat.
I was so excited to find this gem in Jacksonville! Especially because they have a vegan menu. The staff was very courteous and the food extraordinary. Loved this place.

There's a lot of great sushi in jax but Sushiko is by far the best. The staff is very friendly and the menu is full of great items including vegan options. I'd recommend Sushiko to anyone.

All the rolls and dishes we ordered were really amazing, unique and unlike any other roll we've had.
Plus - If you're vegan, ask for the vegan menu, it's HUGE.
Among others, they have vegan spicy mayo, vegan "pork", vegan eel sauce, vegan shrimp sauce and many many more!!
The design and service were also flawless.
Can't wait to come again and taste the rest of their dishes.

I was feeling sushi today so I came to check out this place since the traffic was bad going further away. Quaint place. Small corner restaurant. Parking in the back since all the side street parking was full. I was able to leave my umbrella in a bucket in the front. We were sat quickly. My daughter used the restroom. It was clean. They already had the drinks and clear soup on the table when we came back. No charge either, I was so thankful. When it came time to order, I had already looked at the menu before hand, so I knew what I wanted to eat. I ordered my usual salmon and yellowtail sashimi. I tried the triple roll since I was too nervous to try the Ichiban roll since I have never had red snapper or white tuna. My friend ordered the chicken and steak hibachi. My daughter had a side of fried rice and shared some of the hibachi with my friend. I ate most of their salad and gave the rest to my daughter. I loved the decor. They had a Japanese food show on tv that was interesting to watch even though it was in Japanese. I loved the quickness of the staff to clean off the table and refill my water as soon as it was close to empty. I would definitely come back. They have a HUGE menu. I love that since I can't have tempura or avocado anymore. I will definitely come back again in the future to try more.
I love sushiko! I have been coming here for several years and it’s one of my all time favorite restaurants. I really appreciate the entirely separate vegan menu with over 70 fully vegan options. The service is also awesome. The staff is always friendly and prompt. I really enjoy lemons in my water and they keep the lemons coming. On top of all of that, it’s a beautiful restaurant in a great location. I look forward to my next visit to Sushiko!
Has an entirely separate vegan menu that is as huge as the traditional one! Complimentary miso soup as soon as we sat down! Quick service even though we ordered an epic plate of food!
Sushiko has the best sushi in Jax. When I became a vegetarian it was difficult to find a place with decent options. Sushiko has an entire vegan menu and they do not disappoint! The environment is clean and the staff are very nice. This is the only place that I go for sushi and I always recommend it to everyone. The prices are definitely worth it :)

Saint John’s River Roll. 100/10
We’ve been eating here about once a month for five years. Food is always hot, tasty and consistent. We love the avocado roll and tofu skin roll. Noodles and gyoza are great too.
Wonderful sushi and great service at the place! I loved the jaguar rolls and the Florida rolls. The only downside is that they don’t open on time. But the sushi tastes great and if you’re buying for multiple people, buy more as they’re really small.

Went for dinner with my vegan daughter fabulous vegan menu she was so happy. She ordered Chicago fire roll and vegan shrimp tempura roll she said it was great! I ordered Super Mario roll and it was delicious

Sushiko’s vegan sushi selection might be the best ever!!!! So so many rolls and not just a single veggie with some rice. We are taking multi-ingredient rolls with varying preparations and sauces. Came to Jacksonville for two nights and ate here both nights, it was that good!!! Vegetarian and vegan friends- don’t miss this!!!
Great vegan sushi! They have a whole vegan menu with 50 vegan rolls plus other vegan options on addition to their other menu. They also have brown rice for rolls, etc. if you want it so just ask. The staff were amazingly nice and attentive and helped me choose between all the options.
It's a cute small place. We had the veggie veggie roll, avacodo roll and cucumber roll. The salad with strawberries and mango's with coconut dressing was on point. All fresh and delicious. The banana tempura was great too. We all enjoyed it. Definitely go try it!
My favorite restaurant in Jacksonville! Just because I love sushi. This is NOT a vegan restaurant, but they have a whole vegan menu complete with many types of mock fish, vegan cream cheese, eel sauce, etc. Basically a duplicate of the "real" menu. Rolls are about $10-$13 apiece. Service is excellent! Atmosphere is awesome. Thank you guys!
Would give this place all the stars in the world. I've not put something in my mouth from this restaurant that I've not thoroughly enjoyed. From their full vegan menu down, complex sushi options for days, down to the simple, yet perfect, chicken tempura rolls.
They've got something for every person of all ages, preference, or dietary restriction. Such an inclusive and proper little sushi/steakhouse. Love. Love. Love.
Also, and not to be forgotten, but very reasonable prices for today's dining experience market. The atmosphere, the music, the service, the food all seriously 10 out of 10.

Super friendly staff and a stellar spot for veg options as they have an entire devoted vegan menu, as well as a regular menu. I've been at least a dozen times and the variety & quality is outstanding. They were closed 3-4pm the last Sunday we went for a very late lunch for sanitizing which was also very impressive and kind. Thank you so much for being there!
The best vegan sushi always!! I’m never disappointed and I’ve come here for years! I definitely don’t mind driving a long distance for some delicious food! Worth a visit!
Awesome awesome awesome. Need I say more. I had everything off the vegan menu and everything tasted as if it were the real thing. The only thing that didn't taste like the real thing was the shrimp in tempura shrimp roll. Don't get me wrong the roll was great and I didn't need or want the taste of the shrimp but for those who may want it should try it for themselves.
I love this place! Finally, a sushi restaurant with an all vegan sushi menu 🙏🏽 Nice presentation and very filling. I'll be back, and I'm spreading the word.
