This place is the best! Love the Lingua(tongue) barbacoa(goat) and El Pastor authentic tacos! The shimp paella is the bomb as well! Can't ever get enough of this place! I'm a sucker for the real deal, and this is absolutely it ! Mexico Food at its finest done really well !
The best Mexican cuisine I have eaten in Jacksonville. This restaurant is definitely a place I will return to when I come back to visit Jacksonville. Its definitely one of the cities hidden gems.
They always have top notched customer service. They treat us like family and we always feel like home! The food is always excellent! We will continue to come there whenever time permits us to do so.

Great, relaxed, family-friendly restaurant. Delicious, satisfying, healthy-ish food for those who aren't snobby or highfalutin - if you are looking for that, go to the Town Center.
Plenty of space for those who require a little privacy, and also an area for a large group or two. We eat there at least once a week and have never been disappointed in the food, the service, or the prices. On Friday nights (maybe Saturday also?) there is a singer; we don't often go on Friday (we mostly like Thursday nights out because of our schedules) but it seems as though there is a different entertainer each time. Once there was karaoke in Spanish!
We have repeatedly recommended Los Loros to family and friends; it is a great place for girlfriends to get together and laugh, families to have a nice meal, and any other situation I can think of. The Senior Lunch Group at my office has put it on their regular rotation; they enjoy it very much.
I can't say enough good things about Los Loros! Try it, you'll like it!
I absolutely love this place! Their paella is amazing and my hubby loves their chilaquiles. Honestly, everything is phenomenal. One of the best Mexican places we have found in Jacksonville.
We have been coming here for years and it has remained a constant in service and food quality. We have not been here for a very long time - because we moved away from Jax for a few years. Moved back and came here last night and it was like coming home. Still have the same great salsa and crazy good queso. There are some exciting new menu items (new to us anyway) that are fantastic. We both had the Paella Mexicana which is basically Shrimp, Scallop, Beef and Chicken fajitas smothered in that glorious queso blanco cheese -- it is normally served over rice but we are doing a low carb diet and asked for it to be left out - no problem! They were happy to accommodate our special needs. It was incredibly delicious and filling! It is family friendly but still has a nice intimate atmosphere for couples dining too.
This is a great place to eat with excellent food and service. Sebastian and his staff are always welcoming and are happy to accommodate your requests.
My family's favorite Mexican place. Large portions and great prices. For less than $8, I get chips & salsa and an enormous burrito ("Burrito Los Loros"). I almost always bring half of the burrito home to eat the next day.
So happy for them they had a good crowd. Jose is our favorite waiter. Food was great as always.
One of my favorites so far! Food quality was great and portions were large. Had the tacos de Carne Asada and camarónes. Food service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back again!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The food is always excellent (and not greasy). We always have excellent service here and notice the manager steps in to help wherever needed. Have to give a special mention to our server Carolina who we’ve been so lucky to have several times. WOW!!! I would recommend asking for her but only if you tip well because she deserves it.
Five star lunch today!! Service was fantastic. Shrimp fajitas were wonderful. Good sized shrimp, with fresh veggies. Rice was awesome, beans were good. Highly recommend the guacamole. Ample seating, wonderful bar. Great decor.

Great dining services. The waited was very helpful with everything, from suggestions, ingredients, making sure we had everything or needed something more. The food were delicious. My daughter and I was first time visitors and enjoyed it completely! We'll be BACK!
The fajita is a huge amount of very tasty meats and caramelized onions and peppers. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The chips (always fresh and warm) and salsa is among the best in the city.

Found this place on Yelp when i was looking for a good Mexican restaurant and me and my husband was blown away at the menu and the prices everything we had was so good and the prices was great. Word of advice check out the specials on the menu set up in front of the bar they have specials on certain food and 2 for 1 house made drinks. I'll definitely recommend this to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.

I loved both menu items we ordered. The chicken with shrimps, cheese sauce served with Mexican beans and rice is simply awesome and I would love to visit again. The quantity is great and service is awesome too.
