Jollibee, the largest Asian fast casual restaurant company, recently made its way here, to Jacksonville (and Southeast U.S. for that matter) and last Friday I was privy to some of their tasty treats before they opened their doors to the public last Saturday! Yay me because when I passed by on Saturday afternoon, the line was wrapped around the corner!
Popular Filipino fast food chain. Be patient for a long line in peak hours but service is fast. Love the chicken with gravy. For non filipino, a must try sweet filipino style spaghetti.
This was my first time at a Jollibee and I visited because of a mukbang by Tammy and Crystal. If you get a chance, you should watch it because it is hilarious!

Anyway, the food was good and the service was fast and friendly. My favorite food was the peach mango pie; which I bought six of to take home and share with the family. The only thing I didn't like was the spaghetti, but a lot of people seemed to like it. The chicken is crispy and not greasy. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes soon.

Yes. Drove from Atlanta to try the nearest Jollibee. Thank GOODNESS they did not disappoint. The chicken was deliciously crispy and juicy (both spicy and regular) but the real applause goes to the Spaghetti and mango pie for me. The service was nice. The food was amazing for being considered fast food. Now I finally understand why people love this place. Good thing there isn’t one near us because I may be there too often…

I finally popped my Jollibee cherry today. It lives up to the hype. Their two piece spicy was flavorful and actually carried a mild heat unlike most chicken chains. Their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe is massive and has fresh jalapeños on it! Their gravy is the perfect accompaniment for you to dip their chicken in. The star was the deliciously stuffed peach and mango pie. Sure it’s pricey, but it’s worth it! 10/10!
Okay so I saw Jollibee on TikTok and literally ran to get some. I got the 10pc Original with a few Peach Mango pies and their Pineapple drink! Things that stupid out, chicken is only dark meat which is what I love! The gravy they give you is for dipping the chicken in it and it was so delish! I want to go back TJ try the spicy and see how that compares. Pies are good, very fresh tasting and not too terribly sweet. The pineapple drink is sweet and perfectly complements the meal! Overall, I’m very happy with every bit of Jollibee and will be returning!
We always drive through here when going to Florida. Jollibee in Jacksonville is the real deal! Their fried chicken, or what we call “Chickenjoy”, is like a flavor party in your mouth—so crispy and tasty. And don’t even get me started on the Jolly Spaghetti; it’s like a sweet and savory love affair. Seriously, this Filipino fast-food joint is a must-try for anyone who wants to spice up their taste buds. Jollibee in Jax is where it’s at! 🍗🍝
I heard a few people talking about driving 4+ hours to try this spot so I decided to see what the fuss is about. It's good but I really don't understand the hype.
We tried the Spicy 6Pc bucket which came with 2 sides. We chose mashed potatoes and gravy and the Adobo rice and peach mango pie. The sides were pretty standard. The chicken was moist, with crispy skin and the spicy chicken packed a bit of a kick. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is very clean. They had someone maintaining the dining area both indoor and outdoor. Now that I have a better understanding of the menu I will return to try a few other items.
I been coming to Jolliebees Since 2020 when they first open the location. It is a bit expensive on one hand, But on the other hand it is really really good fried chicken!!!! Not like KFC, Popeyes, Church, Or Bojangles chicken!!! This Fried Chicken is off the chain!!! It goes swell with White rice n etc!!! me and the Wife got some food here in May she gotten a Chicken Sandwich, While i gotten the 2 piece Chickenjoy with White Rice and it was Slamming!!!! I recommand everyone to come here and eat the amazing good food!!!
Amazing from Start to finish Elena was super friendly and patient with us while we were deciding on what to get. Food came out within minutes. It was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be returning.

12/11/23 my family, and I two of whom are very picky. Eaters came here for the first time tonight around 7:30 PM. Everyone enjoyed their food it was fresh, and the service was excellent. Every single young man in there greeted us and brought our food to us, in addition to offering us bags without us having to ask whoever was working tonight definitely deserves some praise. Even the lady who was cleaning up and taking out the trash was polite. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.
Upbeat friendly restaurant! Very busy!!!! I went there to pick up some ”to-die-for” peach mango pies to surprise a Filipino friend, and then drove them 400 miles to deliver them to her! Needless to say, reliving her memories of Jollibee desserts was worth the trip!!
My sister introduced me to Jollibee, and I have never been a big fan of Fast Food chicken joints, BUT..... I am a huge fan of Jollibee. The chicken is cooked perfectly, but it's the Adobo Rice and Gravy that brings the meal together. If my health could take it, I would eat at Jollibee like every other day. Simply Delicious.
Food was delicious but something is wrong with their delivery system. I ordered online for delivery, paid online and waited. Got an email that order was ready for pickup. I tried calling the number EIGHT times but could never reach a person.
Had to get dressed and drive through traffic to get money back. Server had to get manager and then manager tried to give us the order which was now over an hour sitting on shelf. When we protested she agreed to make it all fresh so we waited for it, drove home and ate. Food was delicious - their spicy is really spicy and a nice crunch in the palabok Fiesta. And the peach mango pie was so good i was still wanting more days later!! Just hoping they fix their phone system and online ordering system.
Saw people reviewing jollibees on YouTube and my interest has instantly peaked. Spaghetti? fried chicken? Very unusual combos I had to try. Drove over an hour just to review with my girlfriend and I must say NOT disappointed. Lines out the door and I see why. Chicken was so crispy and juicy but not super greasy. The spaghetti was sweet (childhood spaghetti). Delicious wish there was a location in my part of Jacksonville.
Get some tasty filipino cuisine. It brings back some of the great food of the Philippines.
