I’m a lover of all things starchy and cheese. Smother some gravy on top and that’s the bees knees. Came in to try to classic poutine and it did not disappoint at all. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu especially the salad with “fondue squares”?! Cannot wait!

It was poutine heaven! A little bit of Canada in Jacksonville, Florida. If you've never eaten authentic French Canadian comfort food, you have to get your fill at The Stuffed Beaver!!!

It was so good! I had the “pot pie” snack size and it was abundant in size and flavor. We will be regulars.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants that has opened in the past year! Working my way through the menu and have loved everything equally. Amazing vegan Poutine gravy too!

3.17.2018 We had the Hot Chicken sandwich, maple castor tail, Ham & Gruyere sandwich with house slaw. Delicious comfort food! We also got to sample the Beaver Burger, sooooo good. The restaurant is adorable. Lots of windows, so lots of sunshine. We live at the beach area, but so worth the short trip to Riverside. Will go again to sample the Poutine... to be continued

Just bury me here with original poutine, the specialty sodas, the crepes, and the castor tails. Heaven! I may not have Toronto right now, but this place makes it bearable! Long live the Beaver!

Finally made it over to this little spot in Riverside and had a great lunch. Not at all crowded around 1:30. The food was delivered very quickly and was quite tasty. We had a "Wow" size of the Garden Poutine with vegan gravy and it was delicious. I took the leftovers home and five of us never quite finished them off. I'll get the Meal next time. My daughter had a Bavarian Cream and Chocolate crepe that was yummy and I really like the option for a natural soda beverage. The Stubborn brand offered here is excellent. The Kola actually tastes like cola, minus the junk. I felt the prices were on the high side, $8-9 for a crepe seems insane when they are $5 from a (usually much more expensive than brick and mortar) food truck or festival. And the double entendre of the name, especially in combination with employees in t-shirts sporting phrases like, "I got my beaver stuffed" and "Don't touch my beaver" seems sophomoric for the price point and atmosphere of the establishment. The space is lovely and reminded me of eateries in larger cities. Very much a French style cafe. The bathroom and restaurant seemed clean and new. The owner (manager?) was pleasant and conversational. We will be back and if you're on the fence go ahead and give it a shot. You can't go wrong with cheese and potatoes. ;-)

Came here for a lunch with Mom, she said she saw the lobster rolls on Instagram, did and mom LOVES her lobster rolls, and they not disappoint. One of my top 3 lobster rolls thus far, the fries were on point too! We also ordered a medium sized poutine and was that incredible. I cannot wait to come back to visit, the staff was super friendly and everything was great

Food was weird, but not in a bad way. Just something different than what I’m used to, but I’m glad I branched out of my comfort zone and tried something new. I had the Caprese Savory Crepes. It was light and tasty. I only wish they had more vegetarian options.

Great food with a Canadian flair. They have poutine, crepes and a lot more. If you have a lot of people get the wow size poutine, but be warned, it's enough for about 4 people. The crepes are amazing, I'd recommend the Monte Cristo and the Hangover poutine.

This Canadian eatery satisfied our burger craving and our curiosity. We’ve driven by a few times and noticed the poutine sign so had to check it out. We skipped the poutine this time but we’ll definitely be back to try it! I got the mushroom mayhem burger and my hubs got the Cuban burger, both were juicy and delicious! The burgers were seasoned to perfection and my mushrooms were cooked perfectly. The cheese was melted and gooey, I’ll be thinking about these burgers for a while! The hand cut fries were nice and crispy. Get the beaver signature spread to dip your fries in, it’s a blend of garlic, herbs, Mayo and roasted peppers - so good! We had the two burgers, fries, beaver sauce and two beers for around $40 with tip. A little high for counter service in my opinion but it was worth it!

If you’ve ever had poutine in Canada you 100% crave it after! This cute hole in the wall offers a little taste of that experience. Fun and multiple options on the menu for poutine and other items. Wish there was more outdoor seating and a beer garden haha, maybe one day! 🇨🇦

5 stars just isn't enough for this place! The fries are fresh cut and fried to perfection. The owner herself served us and made sure everyone liked their food. Very nice lady.

I had been following this restaurant since they were transitioning from a food truck to a brick and mortar establishment. I haven't had a chance to try the food until now because of my work hours, but I'll be returning soon because the food was delicious. I split the beaver burger and poutine with my wife, and we cleaned the plate quickly. Lots of options, and everything if cooked fresh to order. Highly recommend you try it for yourself.

Great Poutine! We got the meal-sized portion of the hangover poutine. It's pretty large, so I would recommend going the snack size if you're not sharing. Usually, they only have lobster rolls on Fridays, but they had them on Saturday when we went, and it was delicious. I highly recommend.

Stopped in and got a Michigan dog and poutine. Everything was good. I just wish I had gotten one of the specialty poutine's. The cheese curds were fresh but I felt it needed a bit of meat, preferably salty and fatty, to really make it work.

First timer trying poutine here and It was absolutely delicious! Cozy inside with quirky Canadian decor. Overall it was a little pricey like the other reviews have suggested, but definitely a fun, adorable spot for a special treat! Not a ton of selection for vegetarians/vegan BUT there are options and there was a note on the menu to ask for vegan gravy, so that was awesome!

Had the poutine, as it seemed the logical place to start with Canadian food - it was delicious! I can't wait to go back to try the crepes and burgers. Owner is friendly and passionate about the business. Highly recommend!

Specifically went on a Friday to experience the lobster roll. Accompanied by the F.A.T squad, I reached a pinnacle of lobster pleasure and poutine paradise. Will be back to try their burger. Great spot!

Monte cristo crepe & apple cinnamon pastry dessert (forgot the name)....Very tasty! The pastry is like a cross between a croissant & donut...light & flaky. Downside for me is these two items plus a can soda cost $20 so it won't be a regular spot, but I'd definitely go back for lunch! It's really quaint inside & the staff is down to earth.

This is easily one of the best restaurants in Riverside! The food is Canadian inspired as is the decor inside the seating area. When you come in choose your drink, grab a menu from the counter and when you have decided what you want order at the counter and your food will be delivered to you. I highly recommend the poutine and on Fridays they have an amazing lobster roll. Be sure to follow their instagram so you know what special items they have for the day.

As a Canadian it's always such a joy to taste something from home. It isn't just the food, it's the experience; fries in a box! Great place with a taste from home! All I needed was a timmies coffee and a butter tart!
