I thought I had placed an order online but when I got there the employee asked me what the name was and I realized it didn’t go through when I checked the app. He asked me what my order was and prepared it for me while I reordered it and paid up front and by the time I was back thirty seconds later it was ready to go. I didn’t catch his name but he was working on 9/28 at 5:50 and he had dark hair with a bun I think. He helped me out in a rush and I really appreciated it! Give this guy a raise! 🏆
for the coffee, years ago it used to be sooo watery every single time- now the iced coffee is like cold brew level 👌🏻and the “hot coffee” isn’t hot all the time but it’s super strong and i really appreciate whoever is actually caring about the coffee here- it’s one of the main things of a shop like this- i go to other paneras almost everyday and some of them have super weak coffee so whoever is monitoring the quality here- thank you! i look forward to coming everytime cause i know how good the coffee is. the service here has definitely been extraordinary compared to the past 👍🏻
Food is great but the atmosphere kills it. The place needs a bit of a cleaning starting with the entry door. A lot of crumbs on the floor and it was only midday when we came in.
I'm a big Panera fan and I absolutely love the Town Center Panera. The staff are very friendly and personable, and though it is in the heart of the business center, it still feels like a hometown coffee shop. Great location, contemporary design, and Panera consistency and quality from the morning manager, Aaniyah, to Dani the delivery driver, to the brand new trainee, Savannah... Panera fresh, Panera quality, Panera friendly.
Good place for lunch and dinner. Always do pick 2 option with broccoli cheddar soup and frontega chicken sandwich. Its really good. Can order on app and pick real quick.
The order machine ordered me 2 bowls of corn chowder but the one I ate there was great and took the other home for dinner. And of course I love their iced teas. And don't forget masks are required, so don't blame the staff.

Delicious food. Great friendly service. Not the quickest when busy but that's expected from a packed restaurant with great food and drinks. Nice and quiet also for work or study
I am a regular Panera customer. I like the variety of soup, salad, sandwiches and of course bread. It is good clean fast food.
This unit is nicer than most of the Paneras. I think it is fairly new.
Spinach bacon souffle was the choice today! Wasn't as good as before covid. It was decent paired with a small hazelnut coffee.
Clean restaurant area friendly cashier's food was fresh hubby got chicken samdwich tinyyyy portion for almost 11 dollars not worth it but i got a sandwich veggie and that was a large portion delicious and fresh that was worth it!

I love coming here with my husband in the morning before work. It’s always quiet and consistently on time. I’ll treasure these memories with my dear beloved husband until the day I die at this beautiful establishment.
I personally just like Panera bread in genral the food is great I love the nice calming atmosphere it's just nice.
