I'm fortunate to live near so easy really good food and this place is one of them. I love the egg wrap and her deserts are to die for. The place is always clean and food is always good.
Great shop for pastries, desserts, coffee, and boba drinks. I also like their egg wraps and cold noodle salad. Friendly staff. Be sure to say hello to the owner, Michelle. Two locations: one at the corner of Kings Road and Baymeadows Road. The other is on Beach Blvd.
Great Place a solid 100%. My wife and I went to this place when they first opened and continue to come back since. Michelle has always been friendly and professional in her service and her food goods. As a cook, I respect her presentation, quality of her pastries, cakes and sandwiches all made from scratch with quality ingredients along with the teas and smoothies they serve. In fact, when we got married back in 2007, we ordered the Groom's cake through Aroma that saved the day. It was, in fact, better than the Wedding Cake we ordered up on Edgewood Bakery. We should have ordered the Wedding cake here as well. Since then, we frequent the establishment (my wife more so than me) and have ordered cakes when we have family and friends visit us. As a lover of different cultures of food, when it comes to Taiwanese and Chinese foods, I give Aroma a solid 5 out of 5.
We stopped in for lunch & both order the cold noodle salad combo. I added chicken to mine. The salad was excellent & the portion large. The combo comes with your choice of tea & cookies. I ordered the black boba tea & it was delicious. We decided to save the cookies for later & split a salted lemon cheesecake, which was light & delicious also. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.
Pretty much everything here is amazing...and it's closer than Orlando! =">
Convenient and Speedy service. Absolutley a nifty and colorful place to stop by and enjoy some cake and TEA or COFFEE!
Love this darling place and the folks who work there.
Everybody needs to stop by and try this place. YOU WILL come back, it is NICE!!
Friendly staff and the BEST boba tea! Beautiful pastries as well. Love!
Quaint and authentic. This place is adorable, and the boba options are extensive. There's a little section of pretty baked goods/pastries (asian style) and options for savory dishes as well. I love coming here to study or meet up with friends. A very cozy and quaint atmosphere.
Best Boba In JAX. Aroma Corner makes the best boba tea in Jacksonville, end of discussion. They use actual tea, not the instant powder, and their tapioca pearls are always soft but chewy. Michelle makes all the cookies and cakes herself, and they're wonderful. Her Moon Cakes for New Year's are always delicious, but tend to sell out fast. Stop in and say hi to her and her brother!
I tried this resturant for the first time today, and I must say both the service and the food was excellent!
Wow! Places like this make Jax such a great city. I tried a Mooncake, honeycomb cake, and a cold noodle salad with chicken. All three were great. I wanted to try one of their exotic looking cheese cakes, but I'll save that for my next visit. Green tea cheesecake anyone?
One of my favs! Great food and awesome service! They also make cakes and all kinds of other goodies that look delicious but I haven't tried them.. I plan to though!
Freshly made boba teas in Jax, one of the first main shops in the area. If you love teas, I recommend their honey oolong milk tea with boba & herbal jelly but you can’t go wrong with the classic earl gray tea either which has a similar taste to Thai tea, as they didn’t have the latter when they first debuted in Jax about 12-15 yrs ago. But I make the drive for their cakes, so underrated! So glad she’s now back at offering full cakes for order. The best, not overtly sweet where you get a cavity at first bite. They’re more “asian” styled as their desserts are subtly sweet relative to american baked desserts. I highly recommend their Black Forest cake (BFC) although I’ve tried the others before, the BFC is my fave. It’s a soft chocolate cake sandwiching a blueberry cherry strawberry filling. Topped with a whipped frosting & accented with shaved chocolates, it’s a must have!
I have been coming here since 2008. The coffee, tea, and baked goods are excellent! Still one of my favorite boba shops I’ve ever been to, even after moving away.
The staff is great! Especially Michelle, Tina, and Donovan. John's cool too. The owner, John's aunt is nice, but usually too busy to say more than, "Hello." That's just an observation and not meant to be negative.
The milk teas with boba are fantastic! I try different combinations, but chocolate wintermelon is definitely a favorite. The pastries and such are great too. I haven't found one that I don't like yet.
I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because I prefer a more "homey" atmosphere at a coffee/tea shop.
Also, though their hot coffee drinks are good, I prefer the milk teas, Thai iced coffee or the Special Ice Shaker (strong coffee with caramel).
My daughter asked to try this place and it ended up being great from the food to the teas. Super friendly service and the inside of the shop is so beautifully decorated and clean!
Highly recommend the:
-Mango smoothie with boba
-Rose milk tea with boba
-Black Forest cake
- Honeydew and lemon (duval)
This place is definitely a hidden gem well worth checking out.

This place is just adorable.. big surprise as it’s in a bit of rundown strip mall. The boba tea is actually fantastic! Lots of choices and accompaniments.. all to make what is very good even better! And the milk teas are made with NON DAIRY CREAMER! We opted for a honeydew milk tea with boba and a strawberry honeydew layered tea… also with traditional boba. Plus a small but powerfully tasty brownie puff. So so yummy!
It's always great to stop by here when we visit Jacksonville! The ambience is very chill, and kid-friendly. The staff is friendly and caring, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We tried the coffee cheesecake and it was delicious! I got the strawberry milk tea w regular boba (it tastes amazing). I usually get the mango smoothie w regular boba but opted for something else. No pics of the food and drinks were taken as we had gobbled it up in no time. Lol
I've yet to find a better boba place, this place holds the top spot in my book! Georgia needs an Aroma Corner!
Great selection of drinks, desserts, and food. The boba here is delicious and you can customize your sweetness levels. The environment is perfect for working and relaxing. They have one of the best reward programs too.
My personal food favorites are the cream puffs, chiffon cake, and savory wraps. My go to drink is the honey green tea with lychee jelly. ☕
Amazing food and service. John is an extremely professional and nice young man that runs a great business with his Aunt. Definitely check this place out for incredible coffee, food and smoothies. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.
You won't be disappointed.
It's like you stepped into another world. The strip mall doesn't do this place justice. It's ADORABLE inside. The staff yesterday was super friendly and prompt taking my order and making my taro smoothie with boba (very delish!). The drawings on the sticky notes, the colorful spooky Halloween board, and the decorations make this place feel super cozy and cute. Highly recommend checking it out as I'll definitely be going back to try tge baled goods!! 10/10

I went here for the first time this afternoon. I ordered a mocha frappe, mango smoothie, and a slice of black forest cake. My frappe was okay, I'll likely try something else next time. The menu is full of great choices, so I'm sure I won't be disappointed. My husband really enjoyed his mango smoothie. We haven't tried the slice of cake yet, but it looks really good 🤞🏾 The inside is very neat and tidy. Cute decor, light and airy. The staff had masks on and were very helpful. They also have a lot of pastries and sweets which look really yummy!
