Absolutely love this place after coming here for the first time. Cute little popsicle shop. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Variety of different flavors available and they do have samples of some flavors. I tried the pumpkin cheesecake which was insanely delicious and the coconut pistachio which was very very tasty as well. I highly recommend this place.
Hugh selection of goumet ice pops with flavors ranging from the pedestrian to the sublime. My favorites are the floral and fruit combos. For me anything with lavedar or orange rose water moves to the top of the list.
For spicy lovers lots of pops with peppers.
I love coming here, and I've got my family into it as well. The fruit for the pops is sourced locally, it's all organic I'm pretty sure, and the pops are delicious. I love the wide variety of flavors and the interesting combinations. I'm glad to see they've added kid size pops too! Kind of pricey, but justifiable. Also a fan of the other stuff they sell, like vegan chocolate and locally sourced honey. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The place is very nicely kept, well decorated, and has a great atmosphere. We went for my mom's birthday and she had a great time!
Best Mango mojito poscicle there is! Everyone must go to this place and taste the over 50 flavor varieties!
My favorite flavors: pistachio coconut, pineapple ginger, orange pistachio, and blueberry lavender lemonade.
Also just about anything dipped in chocolate. :)
Oh my goodness...the crazy flavors that exist at Hyppo!!!đ I enjoyed a simple espresso pop dipped in chocolate and my two year old a plain kids chocolate!!! She loved it!!! I could tell because she wore quite a bit of it!!! Some of the flavors I am appalled to even try because my pallet doesnt agree with a frozen desert/treat with those ingredients...but to each his own!!! There is definitely an exotic flavor to meet any strange taste buds out there!!!
My co worker convinced me before going back to the office we need a popsicle. I picked out Strawberry lemonade and was surprised by the favor because Hyppo Popsicles are not ordinary - their Popsicles are phenomenal!! You'll totally look past the $4 a pop. Tons of variety as well as a great source of nutrition on certain pops that I stopped on my way home and got 3 more that evening. Awesome, clean place. Definitely will be back!
A little pricey but you get what you pay for and these things are worth every penny. I absolutely adore these popsicles, they're so delicious!! Blackberry goat cheese, chocolate cheesecake, pistachio rosewater, chocolate sea salt, peanut butter pie, and pink grapefruit are my favorite flavors.

Months later (5/2019) - Revised review...we now go back regularly to this store. Love the pops and the service has never been a problem again! The corporate office called and worked with us. Offered us free pops but we declined....the issue wasnât the pops it was the service and they resolved that problem! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Absolute WORST service from Will today!!! Called the corporate office to complain. We came in very happy, bought 24 pops, tipped $10, and then we were asked to step aside and wait for him to checkout about 15 other people while we waited for our popsicles to be boxed up. I offered to help write the stickers and was told no, then I tried to help get the pops out of the freezer and was told ânoâ I wasnât allowed to. Even though every other time we have gone in they have let us write the stickers and get the pops so that other people could be taken care. We know it takes a long time to help us because we buy so many but honestly....we had to wait because he needed to do it all. Very disappointed in the service this time!
Every time I come I promise myself it will be a quick stop.... Lies, they have such a great variety of flavors and since I usually come by 1 every month I always have to go over every flavor. It's 4 fridges full of options. It may not be the original store but it is by far the one that has the most options. And just because you've had a particular flavor before odds are you won't find it again or the changed the recipe just a bit so it's a completely different experience each time
The selections here are fantastic. Everything is made from natural ingredients and you can have it wrapped to go if you wanna take it home.
I went for my first since the preview around Halloween! My friend Cathrin and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lily last night and having her help up find our Popsicle of choice. She was so delightful and was a treat to interact with. So many flavors to choose from, I had the Sangria Plum. It was yummy and great.
Every time I enter, I enjoy the chill ;) atmosphere, along with the company of the easy going and friendly employee. They have a variety of interesting flavors that I would never think would have worked together so well, thus complementing one another. I'm also a bit obsessed with the chocolate dip just so I could add a little crunch to my popsicle. I'm always happy getting a popsicle from here.
The Hyppo is a gourmet ice pop shop started by a local of St Augustine, and it has now expanded into shops all over Jacksonville and other places in Florida. You will be greeted by friendly staff, and laid back hipster decor upon entering any shop. This location has a long mural painted along the wall featuring whimsical scenes, including a painting of the owner! There are dozens of flavors to choose from, made from delicious ingredients. Whether you like a fruity concoction, are eager to try daring flavors, or prefer a more dessert style, there are options for you! I definitely enjoyed my chocolate dip on my last visit!

Prices are $3.50-$4.50 per pop, but these are no regular popsicle! Gourmet and worth every penny. I LOVED the Honey Honeydew ! OMG! The Blackberry Goat is just AMAZING! Tues, I got double stamps on my card and only need 2 stamps to reach a freebie! Found a new honey hole!
I love this place to death. Honestly, I'm more of an ice cream girl, but Hyppo made me reconsider. I eat more popsicles now than ice cream and every time I go, I spend like $20. I always buy pops to bring home. I'm determined to try most, if not all their flavors! It's going to be hard though because they rotate them out T_T
Some of the most inspired popsicle flavors I've ever tried are sold here, and best of all they're constantly cycling new flavors in and out. If you go, be sure to grab a rewards card; after 6 popsicles you'll get the 7th free!
With an assortment of flavors, Hyppo will certainly have a flavor that is pleasing to your palette. Whenever I visit Hyppo Gourmet I always purchase 16 - 20 popsicles in an assortment of flavors. My favorites are the blood orange cheese cake,the blueberry cheesecake, the key lime and of course the chocolate seasalt.
I love Hyppo! I am a popsicle person through and through and their's never disappoint! The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they need more "no sugar added" options. There is usually one, which is delicious, but they have been out of it before, leaving me popsicle-less. I would love to see more sugar free options - if anyone could make them delicious, it's Hyppo!
