We LOVE Menchie's Frozen Yogurt! The product is outstanding and there are so many delicious flavors and toppings to choose from! The staff is friendly and courteous, the environment is fresh and clean and the product is superior. It is our go to spot for frozen yogurt in Jacksonville!
This is absolutely hands down the best yogurt place in Jacksonville. My girlfriend and I love frozen yogurt and try every new place that comes to town. We always end up choosing Menchie's as the place to go when we want the BEST! 90% of the flavors are amazing and they rotate pretty regularly which keeps things interesting.
I love their large variety of toppings. Their mochi is the BEST. Extra stars for the use of cool whip which is my favorite topping that no other yogurt shop has.
DARE SAY THAT ANOTHER YOGURT SHOP IS BETTER IN JAX. YOU WILL BE WRONG! :)
My favorite place for frozen yogurt. I drive past other locations to get Menchie's. Their flavors are always delicious, with dairy-free and gluten-free options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always recommend to others!
My son has a dairy allergy... so sad. But Menchie's has dairy free options so I can enjoy ice cream with him anyways. Great toppings. Good pricing. Lots of parking, and close to some good quick bites.

Today my son went into Menchie’s to get some fro yo and macie was THE BEST! All the toppings were fully stocked, the fro yo area was clean and the sample cups were fully stocked! Macie was very polite and greeted us when we walked through the door, checked out and said goodbye when we exited! Thank you Macie for your five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service! My son and I will return for another sweet treat!

I had never heard of Menchie's before this one and I loved it! Truly the best flavors of FRO-YO I've ever had AND the store was spotless. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I love how the line flows too, they make it easy to get in get your tastes, get toppings, and grab a table or head out the door.
Very tasty yogurt, with multiple flavors. The selection of toppings was fantastic. The appearance was excellent, and all the surfaces were very clean. A nice place to visit on a hot, humid day.
Loved Menchie's when I was in San Diego, so I had to go when I happened upon one here while on a short visit.

As an active DOLE WHIP addict (Dole's Pineapple soft serve ice cream) most of you may know is a staple at the Walt Disney World Resort's Aloha Isle and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort's Pineapple Lanai. I am pleased to say that this location has the real Pineapple Dole Whip. I talked to the manager and was told its quite popular and maybe a full time flavor. My favorite is a Pineapple/Vanilla swirl, however i can't get the swirl i can do a side by side in the same bowl.

I've been surprised on variety of available toppings, fresh fruits, syrups, candy's, the frozen yogurt was tasty and I got plenty for my 3.00.
