Excellent service. Food was fantastic. The restaurant is extremely clean and quiet. I love my waitress. She was very precise. And knew what I wanted before I did. Very helpful in explaining dishes. The flavors are just so much more than American food. I will visit again.
Wife and I stopped here for boba tea and stayed for lunch. I got the c6 pork chop with rice, egg and egg cake, overall was good but pork chop was over cooked. My wife got the c4 Shaken chunk beef steak w/rice and she enjoyed her meal. The egg rolls for an appetizer were very good, definitely recommend. My wife got a mango milk tea, which she loved, and I got a banana milk tea, which I believe they use banana extract for the flavor. All in all our meal and drinks were pretty good and we'll probably stop here again when on this side of town.
We have been looking for good Pho here in Jacksonville for the last year since we arrived. So happy to find an authentic feeling place who do a great job with the quality of both Pho and Banh Mi.
This place feels like my second home. Good atmosphere, delicious food, and warm and friendly family service. Everything here from the pho to the noodle dishes are superb. Also they have a ton of drink(boba) options and milk teas etc. Definitely give this place a try

Best pho in Jacksonville, for price, portion, and flavor. By far the best broth among any in town, and I've tried them all - Q Cup is where I get lunch at least once a week, and the other places in town are relegated to when Q is closed. The Bahn mi are also very good - admittedly I don't eat much of anything else on the menu.
Staff is very friendly, decor is cute and casual.
Must visit if you love pho and bubble teas! First visit - Loved this place! Everything was so yummy - definitely coming back!

Hi all,
First off, don't pay any attention to any of the negative reviews of this place, everyone know this is one of if not the best Vietnamese restaurants in town. I have been going here since highschool, and have known John the manager, Cindy and Tram, two of the waiters for a very long time. They have always treated me as a part of their family, and I feel very blessed to have known them for so long.
Not only is the food here excellent, but the Boba tea is the best in town, you cannot find any better in town, trust me I've had boba tea here for over 6 years, and never changed my place, ever they are simply that good. Not only is the boba tea good and the food excellent, the service is even better, I have brought my family here for my highschool graduation, birthday events, and just the solid casual dinner. John and the team here have always been the best to my family, and they will always be in my hearts no matter wherever I go. Trust me, if I am willing to fly all the way from France to Q Cup boba tea, thats how you know this place is good, and I have done it before, they are literally my home away from home.
I just want to really say thankyou to John, Cindy and Tram, for the blessings they have been in my life and to the staff of Q Cup Boba tea, I am very proud to award them five stars. Hopefully I can drop off my yearly holiday gift of Christmas flowers soon, if I am in town. I wish them all the best, and encourage everyone in town to support this shop, as I grew up coming it to as well. Thanks and go go Q cup!

Variety of foods and drinks to choose from, very affordable and tasty! Owners are also very nice and friendly and so the other staffs. And they serve my favorite drink! DURIAN SMOOTHIE! 😋🍴💕
One of the few shops that serves excellent Bun Bo Hue. For those that haven't tried, it's a noodle soup that is aromatic and spicy. The make their own Cha Ca for Banh Mi which is like a coldcut with fish. Their drinks are very yummy and an extraordinarily diverse crowd of people enjoying Vietnamese food. Get their desserts before they sell out.

Q-Cup is interesting. To sum it up, great food trumps everything else. This was my first time, let me tell you how it works so you don’t stand there like an idiot like me. When you arrive, just sit down. They will bring you a menu. When you’re done, go to the counter and pay (they don’t bring your receipt).
Order the combination pho. Broth was deep. Great variation of meat and the quantity is abundant. The tendon was cooked perfectly, probably the best I’ve had.
Springs rolls were good. Boba tea was good.
Overall a great pho spot in Jax. If an Asian restaurant isn’t full of Asians, it’s probably not good. This place slaps.
Don’t let the name fool you, this is much more than just a Boba tea shop. They have Vietnamese sub sandwiches, pho, and many other dishes. We knew it would be good when we first walked in because there were several Vietnamese couples and families eating here. The food and boba teas we had were delicious!
Strawberry Kiss is good. It's chocolate and strawberries. Vanilla Taro is refreshing! We enjoyed our trip here and will return to try the food.
I loved this place. Very courteous service. The broth of the pho was absolutely delicious. The pho is served with different toppings that pair with the type of pho ordered. We also got spring rolls to take home. Ate those later that night and those were also delicious. We ended our dinner with boba teas. She got tropical, I got coffee. We both loved ours. I actually can’t wait to go back and try the Viet sub!

At a super cold night getting boba!! I order Avocado smoothie and Thai tea slush, it is so good!! Better than pho today and bowl of pho and the Thai tea slush is better than any other boba store! Price is fair and definitely will be back even tho it’s getting cold outside!
Amazing chicken pho. Friendly staff, excellent food options and great drink selection. I love how they have a rewards (of sorts) on drinks. They give you a little card for which you can eventually earn a free drink. I loved and highly recommend their taro boba drink. Love this place.
