Seasons Dumpling is conveniently located at the corner of Hartley Rd and Old St Augustine Rd. First impressions, the place was spotless. There are around 2 dozen tables. My mom and I went on a Saturday around eleven. The place was relatively busy by noon. We walked up to the counter to order and I asked what would he recommended. He said everything is made in house and is great for eating family style, good start. We took his suggestion of noodles (Taiwanese stir fried noodles) and dumplings (sampler fried, 8 count, 4 styles) and 5 spice calamari. We also added a hot pepper sauce noodles to go. The total came to under $35 and was plenty for 4. While we waited we stepped next door into their bakery, yes you read that correctly, bakery! See my post: The food. The dumpling sampler was tasty and a great way to try all 4 styles at one time. If I went back I would go all pork, but that is just my preference. The calamari was extremely tender, the breading was great. The seasoning on top seemed a little salty, next time I will ask for the seasoning on the side. The real star, was the noodles. My general impression of stir fry noodles is greasy and bland, not here. They were full of flavor. There was a good portion of protein and even shiitake mushrooms. The chili noodles were spicy, not for the light hearted. We loved them. I have no idea how I will make a choice the next time I am back. While we were eating, the employees came by and checked on the tables, brought extra plates, to go containers, sauces. Very friendly. Even though it is walk up and order, you may want to consider leaving a tip (just one opinion). Minor call out, it took a little longer than we expected considering we were there early and it was not very busy. Keeping in mind they make all of their food this is not really a con. If you are in a hurry or want to enjoy dumplings from your couch (I know I do) call in an order for pickup. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

I got the shrimp fried rice, passion fruit bubble tea, steamed pork buns, and their pork and chive dumplings. all were cooked beautifully. pork bun dough was so fluffy, the best I've tasted in a while. we actually came for the soup dumplings but they were all out. hopefully next time we will catch them in stock.

I wanted to love this place so much, but it was a bit of a let down. For a restaurant that has "dumpling" in the name, they don't have as many varieties of dumplings as I had hoped. Also, their boiled dumplings were overcooked. The beef and mushroom dumplings tasted really off. The 3 dishes that I would recommend would be the beef rolls, pan-fried pork and chive dumplings, and the Sichuan chili wontons. The food came out within a reasonable time and the staff were very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent food and service. The pork buns were super fresh and delicious. Dumplings were very good. The passion fruit with lychee popping boba tasted very refreshing. There were no shortage of shrimp in the fried rice. I will be back to try other items on the menu.

Stopped for a late lunch after picking up a few things at Jax Oriental Market and we had the place to ourselves for a bit. My wife wanted a Boba but they don't have smoothies so we skipped that. Started with pork buns which had a nice ratio of fat to meat making them a hearty and filling starter. My son wanted dumplings so we got him the pork and chive filled boiled dumplings which he said were great (he ate a whole serving by himself) and we also split the fried wontons with him. The fried wontons were extra crunchy with a super thin wrapper that when fried was almost translucent in sections and had a well seasoned filling. My wife and and split the fried rice cakes and the Taiwanese egg noodles dishes which wound up being too much food but both were good. The rice cakes started good; the chewyness of the rice cake with the crunchy vegetables and savory sausage and mushrooms melded wonderfully...but as you ate them they got salty after half a plate. In contrast the noodles were well balanced and delicious. The mixture of the eggs, the savory chicken strips, and the nice bite of the egg noodles complemented each other and was a nice change from standard Chinese style lo mein which uses similar noodles. Next time I'm in this plaza for groceries I'll have a hard choice between getting food here or Peony next door, both are excellent!

Come early! We came around 2 most of the baked goods and buns were gone by the. We did have the fried rice...which was tasteless. I forgotten what it's called but the other rice was just okay it nearly dripped of oil. On the other hand the steamed bum was pretty good! But, the dumplings were the best part! Really good fried dumplings.

This place is absolutely awesome. 5 Stars. I have gone back with my family 3 times in the past month! Let me also add that that the owner and team are so accommodating and great! Some of my absolute favorite dishes include the Crab Rangoon, Soup Dumplings, and Dumpling Soup! The crab rangoon is made out of real crab, so flavorful, and you get 6 for $4! A great deal! The soup dumplings are quite a unique meal and also incredibly delicious. Don't get the soup dumplings confused with the dumpling soup though as I have done... But the dumpling soup with pork and chive filling, and the beef broth is my go to meal! You get 8 large dumplings in your soup, and the broth is also very good! I also always get Seasons Dumpling's freshly made cheesecake to enjoy later. I absolutely love their cheesecake, so creamy and decadent. This is a great new addition to the Mandarin area, everybody should check it out!

Another journey ventured, another treasure found, this incredible food was a discovery of my love for dumplings and let me tell you it's in the name, the love and care they put in shows through the amazing meal I had the pleasure of devouring lol, so if your a lover of that little punch of flavor in a beautiful wrapping then this is your spot.

Definitely a must try !! I was too late in the day to get the steamed pork buns (guess they sell out quick) but I got the variety pan fried dumplings and the sticky rice bowl.. The dumplings were good but the beef ones were very dry and not very flavorful.. The rice bowl was exactly what i expected except it had no meat in it like the picture showed.. Just stick rice and some green stuff and pork sauce... Kinda pricy for just rice with flavoring.. The pork and chive dumplings were 🔥 though !!

Everything is fresh and delicious! My son said he felt like he was eating in someone's home, rather than a restaurant. We had the dumpling sampler, pork noodles with mustard pickled vegetables, and the porkchop noodle soup, and they were all amazing (try the housemade chili oil). The employees were so friendly and inviting.

Absolutely amazing. Where do I start. Husband and wife passionate about what they do and wonderful people. Bakery attached. Started with bubble tea with homemade tapioca. We ordered a pork bun, soup dumplings, and pork /cabbage steamed buns. Everything was homemade right there after we ordered and tasted incredible. Ive eaten dim sum all over Asia and HK and can honestly say this is some of the best I've had. I can't believe how good this was and it was underpriced for what we got imo. Yall should see the kitchen also - very clean and professionally setup. It's hard to see from the pic I took but I can't tell you how impressed I was with the whole operation. A real diamond here. They also hold dumpling classes where they'll teach you to make your own.

Our family enjoys eating here since the food is amazing, the restaurant is clean, and the environment is kid friendly. The owner, Mr. Larry, is extremely congenial. Our favorite dishes are the 3 Cup Chicken, the Steamed Dumplings, and the Noodles with Shredded Chicken and Spicy Sauce (pictured w/ a Soy Braised Egg).

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food did not take long at all, yet looked to have a very carefully made look to them, and all the flavors made us feel like we were eating the comfort food we didnt even know we were craving. SO GOOD!!! I bought so many of those bakery pasteries and I regret none of it.
