Good food and good service. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and white rice. Nice taste.
Great for take out Chinese! The wonton soup is wonderful and the beef and broccoli combo is a great deal. The inside is a little small so most people get takeout but you can definitely dine in if you like.
Finally, some legit chinese food. Bought for take out and the hot and sour soup (which I can't find anywhere nearby) had all the right ingredients. Not hot enough for my palate and was probably reduced for the American audience. Ordered the kung pao special and Mongolian beef. Serving size was good, so you get your money's worth.
My Chinese food go to. I love interacting with the owners. They are super fast and kind. If you want to order food accurately in less than 10 seconds, they take an accurate order that fast.
We ate at Panda House tonight. The food was excellent! The ladies working here were very friendly. Our food came quickly and was quite delicious. We are from out of town And the next time we come in town we'll be back here to eat.
I love this place! The lady who works there is always super sweet and tries to get your order as best as she can. The whole restaurant is very traditional and feels homely. The food is always fresh aswell. If you are looking for a Chinese food place to go to In jax this is the place.
Customer service was good. Wait wasn't long. I ordered Curry Chicken and it came with fried rice. One of the best I've had in Jacksonville. Beat me to this location 😍
This is the best Chinese food I have ever had! I did not realize that egg drop soup could taste so good. Sure, I've had plenty of egg drop soup and it tasted good but this was phenomenally good. I also greatly enjoyed the homemade egg rolls and steamed dumplings. I was in town due to my friend having knee replacement surgery and made sure to stop by here often while I was there. I just wished I lived closer so I could go there more often! The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. The building is very quaint and simple. I was not expecting such phenomenal food. I will definitely be going by here for Chinese food anytime I go to Jacksonville!
We moved here from NY Metro, and have struggled to find consistent, good Chinese food. Compared to the rest of the local market, this is really a leading place. First, I give MAJOR bonus points for the fact that I was recognized on my second visit as a repeat customer, with very pleasant conversation from the owner. That sort of recognition speaks volumes about how someone runs their business.
More importantly, I'm able to get dishes I either can't find, or that are so terrible elsewhere as not to bother. (cold sesame noodles, and shrimp/chicken with Chinese eggplant for example.).
If you're looking for blah "mall-style" Chinese food, then this is not your place. It's as close to NY Metro style Chinese as we've found, after sampling at least 20 places.
Surprisingly good. My pregnant daughter was well pleased on her 1st ever visit herr for her cravings.
Been coming here for almost two years and I love the food every time, I usually get the sweet and sour chicken but I have also gotten the steamed dumplings and fried rice. While this isn’t going to be the premiere dining experience this is my favorite local business and the best for its price.

I haven't been here in almost a year and I'm so glad that I visited again.. It's always great food and an even better customer experience! I got the lunch special today and they did not skimp on portions like some Chinese restaurants do. The shrimp and Chinese vegetables is my go to and they have a great assortment of fresh vegetables. My partner bought the vegetable fried rice small and was pleasantly surprised with the quality as well! The business owner always treats me well and you can tell she takes pride and care in her customers and food. I'll be visiting more often for sure!
We get take out here every other week. Their crab Rangoons are the best I have ever had. Every time we go somewhere else their crab Rangoons are so sad compared to Panda House because they are that good. We like the beef fried rice, wonton soup, and enjoy the general Tsos combo that comes with an egg roll. Customer service is on point and the price is fantastic for the amount of food you get.
I drive 30 minutes out of my way past a dozen other Chinese take out restaurants because the food here is so much better. The staff is always pleasant as well. I was tempted to go 5 stars but I reserve that for over the top outstanding on anything and I almost never go 5 stars but I think many would rate them that high.
So yummy! I got the chicken and broccoli and it was so good. The chicken lomein was also awesome as well as the little donuts!
The sesame seed chicken here is so tender and delicious not rough like other versions I have had.
Very good food and very fast service. It's my favorite takeout place, I've gotten food here many times and never had a bad experience.
