It’s a ritual to eat at whataburger when in Jax. It’s like steak and shake and McDonald’s had a baby. They’re similarities together make an amazing burger. The food comes out quick and it’s always fresh. Thanks for another great meal!
Just want to thank this location for being so accommodating with our large order for Shinedown’s concert. Of course they were a lil shocked of the order, once that settled they went down to business!!!! Not only did they make them all correct, they gave me a cute carrier bag with all condiments and napkins!!! Thanks again beach blvd crew!!!
My Cashier Kamiyah was amazing. She was very warm and welcoming. Definitely went above and beyond for great customer service. The food was great. I got the chicken tender meal and always get it with white gravy. The fries were nice and crisp
I ordered the #1 with special requests - it was perfect, my husband ordered the #2 with special requests, it too was good, except he requested a few grilled jalapeños. He scraped off nearly 20 jalapeños and ate roughly 10 to 12 that he left on the burger. That's quite a bit more than a few. Lol. The problem though was our medium Onion Rings - I had 5, seriously 5 onion rings in the container. He had 4 in his. We spent nearly $35.00. While the burgers were fantastic and the cashier was super nice and an absolute surprise, it's really ridiculous to receive a total of 9 onion rings in two medium orders. I'd hate to see the small order.

Can't say enough nice things about this particular Whataburger. I'd had a pretty awful experience the week prior at a nearby location, but I have nothing but high marks here.
First, culture makes a huge difference in any work environment. Ana and her team genuinely looked happy to be there. Ana was pleasant, thoughtful, engaging and attentive with every customer. When a big rush came around noon - she signaled the team that the "the dining room is full" never taking her eyes off the customers looking to accommodate patrons who were lined up outside the door. The team immediately responded and found another gear to work quickly - together. Very impressive.
The food was hot and fresh and although I'm admittedly a bit biased towards Whataburger in general...this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while.
This place was spotless. They do a really good job keeping up with the cleaning schedule which I can't imagine is easy. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I have to give major kudos here.
We'll have to stop by again the next time we're in Jacksonville. My only request would be that they start carrying merch in the restaurants, but I'm a rabid fan.
Order was missing an item today at breakfast, the tea maker is finally fixed but today the tea received for unsweet was soured.
Continue to try and give this place a chance. It is convenient, well priced, and usually tasty food when made right.
Food was very average, $37 for two basic meals is very pricey though. Long wait in drive thru, over 10 minutes, even with only 2 people ahead of us.
Amazing Team & Management. I enjoyed the Quality hot food n the Warm smiles n energy from the Team members. Thanks for making my vacation worthwhile .I love whataburger !
Love the food and the service. However, there was a family that brought in a puppy on a leash and had it walking around at one of the tables. I love dogs and think it's great that places like tractor supply and home Depot are dog friendly, but I think someone should have told them that they couldn't have a puppy running around the restaurant.
The food was delicious ordered the Patty melt added bacon, jalapeños, and avocado, I was impressed 1-10 I gave it a 10! The next day spicy chicken 1-10 I gave it a 7 service was wonderful except for a one-off I asked the guy that brought me my food, I was missing my shake, and he didn't care I had to ask the manager 10 minutes later after I received my food for it,
Dr pepper shake I wasn't impressed.
So 1-10 total I give them a solid 8- would of been a 10

It’s been quite a long time since I had Whataburger but it definitely was a great lunch stop as my girlfriend had her first Whataburger opportunity and we really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the staff were great! I definitely recommend it if you’re in the Jacksonville area!
Delicious, overpriced, and those poor, stressed-out workers and the frantic patrons at the busiest hours of the day make for a stressful dining experience. If there are more than three people in the building, get takeout. But check your bags before you leave.
