Had a delicious free hook & later sub they day. They give you when you have the app a free sub. As always with firehouse it was delicious Really help me celebrate my birthday which was on mother's day this year 5/14/2023..Thanks for giving back .

Good Food but slow service.
The staff was so friendly. Even with a unsatisfied guest ahead of me. Smiles all around and not the sarcastic kind. Looked like training was going on as well. But let me tell you the guys were straight up hilarious. And the gals were patient and kind. After a hard morning this was just the feels I needed. And I didn't expect. I will absolutely visit again and again. Keep up the fantastic work. Know you are all appreciated and THANK YOU. I had to edit the review after I noticed I accidentally gave 4 stars. Most definitely 5 stars are earned.
Went to Firehouse Subs and got dine-in to meatball subs which we enjoyed so much, the soda machine went out which could not be helped that was something that the soda machine people would have to fix, the restaurant tables was not wiped off I don't know whether they had just finished lunch time or what but it wasn't presentable for people to come in and sit to a table, pretty much that was the only complaint we had the food was excellent and the young working that day was very courteous and respectful, I know that there was an older person there but she was not the one who waited on us the young people did and they did a very good job

The crew there is awesome! I work in the Walmart in the same parking lot so I'm there just about every day. They show a lot of appreciation
Came about 20 minutes before closing and the gentleman who took my order was so pleasant. You could tell he was trying to get closing stuff started but drink bibs in the machine needed changed, and as soon as he started back to his work the machine needed ice, and I would have been annoyed if it was me trying to get outta there but he just did everything with a smile on his face and was so pleasant to everyone in the store. That kind of attitude is so appreciated and I hope he gets a kudos for that. Great store, fast service and awesome employees. Keep it up. 9/9/2021 @ 8:40pm. Thanks !
Bread was soft and fresh. Great customer service. My Sandwhich well made and made me even more hungry.
Went to this location and they were handling the busy lunch rush quite well. Had one person taking orders, two making sandwiches, and one checking out. My wait for my order to go was not long at all. Appreciated since I only have half hour break at my place of employment. Thanks Firehouse.
Very slow service at this location but the food is always good and hot. The staff at the register doesn't seem to want to be there and has no o vestment in customer needs or desires. The bathroom was a bit nasty when I entered. They do have a Coke Red machine (great selection). Ordering ahead are advised and the food, as always, is good.
I’m pregnant and they accommodated me heating up the meat more than normal and the sandwich was so amazing I went back and got a second! Love this location!

Normally walk in and place order .. I tried online ordering which typically isn’t hard to read .. but someone at firehouse couldn’t read I guess ..!requested no lettuce or tomatoes and guess what came in the sub, you guessed it lettuce and tomato, I never heard the end of it with whose sub it was that” I messed up “ please read make sure you don’t place stuff on sandwiches that don’t belong - thanks other than. That they are great
