This is one out of 3 locations for the best Arby's in Jacksonville FL. My food has always come to me fresh and even during a hard day the customer service is always pleasant.
I ordered thru drivethru a combo and an extra order of crinkle fries. I got my roast beef and shake and 1 container of fries that was completely a fry ordered. I got some mixed up cold fries. Can see pics below . I waited for woman in drive thru to acknowledge me to correct this. She walked back and forth to computer screen but never brought the correct fries. She had already thrown the arby's sauce in bag with attitude
I waited for 5 min for her to correct order. She did not. I got tired of waiting and holding the line up for others. I will not go back thru drivethru there at River City. I left. Times are hard but you should make sure your customers that pay for your salary are happy with their order. I even tried to call back to the restaurant and no one answered. The phone rang at least 20 rings without an answering machine either. Very poor customer service.
Hot and fast by friendly staff everything was correct ans sometimes that hard at other restaurants I will be back
I am a huge fan of Arby's chocolate Milkshake, usually it's the only thing I order. But whenever I am ordering food I find that their boneless bbq chicken is a hit!!!
Arby's has stepped 🧗up their game!! In a world 🌎 where fast food🍔 is now expensive, Chincy on ingredients and size, takes 30 minutes to get thru a drive thru, and rude non-caring employees... Arby's has been a breath of fresh air.. The line actually moves,🚀 the employees are actually nice🙂 and move🏃 with a sense of urgency, the food is phenomenal! Always hot, 🔥 giant sandwiches with a fresh menu to boot... And to top it off, they're open 🕑late!! I couldn't be happier and I can't say enough about Arby's in Yulee... BRAVO!!! AND thank you...
I've never gone to a Arby's that wasn't great. And this location was just as I expected. Awesome!

This Arby's has the fastest service. I had food on the counter before I made a drink. Noticed others being served with the same quickness as I was eating. All the staff was busy and doing good work. Nice job Arby's! It rare to see these days.
