By Sushi Buffet standards, this is the 2nd best place in Jax . Osaka is my favorite, only because it's marginally cheaper and the buffet is help yourself versus made to order. With that said, Fuji is the best quality buffet in town period. Yes, there may be better pay per piece places, but as buffets go you won't do better if sushi is what your looking for. Forget the negative reviews. Those people watched Jiro dreams of sushi one too many times on netflix. If your looking for a Michelin star rated sushi Buffett, get real!!
Great service! Great food!. We eat here 3-4 times a month. We have tried just about everything on the menu and the sushi. We are always greeted with friendly and prompt service. The food is always perfect-even my special ordered sushi rolls!
Great place!. This place is great! I get take out at least once a week and am never disappointed. The staff is always friendly. I only wish they delievered!

A Must Eat. I have eaten at Fuji Sushi on many occassions and must say it is a great place to eat sushi. I've eaten at many sushi resturants and this one is by far one of the best. I use to eat at Crazy Sushi but haven't gone back because Fuji Sushi has better prices and fresher sushi. The staff is fantastic and must say the ladies are gorgeous which adds to the experience. Don't let another day go by without trying this sushi house.
I ordered online for pick up the other afternoon, and I got clear soup and a dynamite Roll I believe. It was $6.50 for 3 thick slices of dynamite roll, and around a 12oz container of the clear soup.
The clear soup was not clear, I actually thought it was miso and that I would have to go back. But I just want to say that it was the best clear soup I ever had I don't care that it had some color to it. I'm not sure if they let it marinate or if they have some secret recipe or something.
Edit: I've now been multiple times, they are always nice and friendly. I almost always get the same thing, clear soup and a dynamite roll. It's a great snack when I'm doordashing that's low on calories.

I’m a sushi fan. I don’t know why,but raw fish and rice work for me. Along with all of the different sauces and toppings that the sushi chef can use , I just love it.
If you have never been to this style restaurant this is how they do it.
For lunch at this time it’s an all you can eat style menu at $13.95 for dinner it $18.95 or $24.95 if you choose the premium menu,
My favorite on the entire menu for lunch or dinner is the BMW and I generally choose several orders of steamed vegetables and some grilled salmon. There is a selection of starters including soups ,salads.
These folks hustle, so your selections will come out fast and they will keep bringing them as long as you keep ordering them.
However, although I have never been charged a “Food Wasting Charge “, there is a notation at the bottom of the menu that indicates if you order a lot which you do not consume, there may be a fee for what they throw away.
Interesting 🤨 , so keep that in mind.
So if you’ve never tied it go give it a whirl.
Excellent restaurant with good food and quick service. Lunch special is all you can eat for a relatively low price. Sushi is great with many fancy roll options in the unlimited lunch special. I also enjoy hand rolls, salads, and dumplings I would otherwise not order. Service is quick with food only the table only a few minutes after ordering. We live out of town and always eat at Fuji Sushi when we are in Jacksonville at lunch time.
I would go back. I recommend.
Food is good, fast and affordable. Service was good. They came back to the table often to remove plates or take extra orders. The restaurant is very basic and clean.
I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been here! The service is always kind and fast, the sushi is great, and everyone goes home happy. You can’t beat the price either!

They have a no waste policy so you choose your food as you can eat it. This is so excellent to prevent waste, encourage healthy eating, and appreciate the process.
The food is absolutely fantastic. The sashimi is excellent quality and their cuts are just perfect. ALL the sauces and dressings are good: not too sweet and very flavorful. The rolls are diverse and actually more unique than I expected. They give perfect portions for them and OMG their Wasabi is VERY VERY addicting. 🥢😅
I am a big fan of tempura vegetables and here they are very delicious! Not sure if it was supposed to come with Tempura sauce or not. We did not receive any. The green tea was good quality though not loose leaf. I was obsessed with their ginger dressing; it is just PERFECT! SO YUMMY! 😍
Due to the pandemic, they are currently short staffed. Even with this they were very rapid and accurate. Please be kind and patient to the staff during this time. ❤😊
Amazing atmosphere, service is excellent, food always out extremely quickly, as well with a great price. All you can eat for 20$ (30$ for premium sushi). It is the best.
I'm going to start off by saying I'm not a fan of sushi. My work friend told me that I just haven't eaten at the right places and convinced me to come here for lunch, and boy was I surprised. This was the most delicious sushi I have ever eaten, and all you can eat for $11.99! I had three different rolls, all of which were incredible. I can't recommend this place enough, and come hungry!
We look forward to coming here every year or so for the AUCE sushi, hibachi, and appetizer selections. With a larger group you can try new things and not be stuck with something you may not like, due to the no waste penalty 😁, that's our strategy anyway. But honestly great sushi and variety of options! The restaurant and bathrooms could use some care, and the were sat by the speaker so the music was on the louder than we prefer, but overall, another great time with friends.
I come here at least once a week. One of the best deals in town. If you go solo be prepared to sit in sushi bar. Other than that service is quick and quality of food is good. Pricing is decent. Definitely recommend. Just don't come in around 530pm when I am trying to show up.
Was a bit afraid after reading recent reviews, but so happy we decided to give it a try.
Went for lunch. Restaurant was clean, employees all wearing masks. Sushi station appeared very clean.
We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door.
Service was EXCELLENT! Everybody pitched in and took orders, cleaned plates and brought out food.
Not the best sushi I've had in Jax area, but the best VALUE I've found around here.
My only 2 criticisms are the soy sauce is WAY too salty, and the men's bathroom had a bad smell and was out of soap.
Employees were friendly and respectful while we were there. Food tasted good.
No extra gratuity added to our bill, but we happily tipped well (remember some of that gratuity should go to the sushi chef).
Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
Fuji Sushi is a wonderful place to eat. You pay a flat price and eat as much as you would like. Alternatively, you can try things you never have before, or revisit favorites. The portions are nicely thought out as well. Not too big, not too small. There is however a catch. Do not order more than you think you can eat. You will be charged per piece that is "wasted". They have a strict "no waste" policy. So, if you are one of those who orders everything on the menu, you will be in for a shock. This also happens to be my favorite place to order California Rolls and Tempura.
Dined in for lunch on a weekend and they were so friendly, the food was tasty, fast service and they had a great lunch special.
Not your typical buffet experience. I enjoy how the food comes out as you order. This my third time at Fuji and the food is always hot cooked as you order.
For two people to have dinner with water the price is $38 and change. Lunch is cheaper.
Some food does take at least 15 minutes to be prepared after you order. The Endmame is a item I waited for.
I recommend that you give this restaurant a try.
I love eating here, I see lots of reviews complaining about the service, all I have to say is that its $20 to eat as much sushi you want that is all made in house, for that price I'll gladly take bad service once in awhile. If you want top service with top quality, go somewhere and pay $12/roll instead, if youre happy with shutting up and enjoying food from a place that is making an effort to keep their prices low, and offers decent food then eat here like I have many times before.
