Gotta say as I live just up the road and really like Wendy’s, that most of these negative reviews are somewhat true. But today 11/24 I received the most pleasant order taker, great people at the window, fast service even ordered custom burger for my grandson and from ordering to finish was under 2 minutes. Whoever’s on board today, congrats and keep up the good work! Thank you all for great service today. Much appreciated.
Not bad at all. In fact if you compare it with pretty much every single Wendy's around it, it's way better than any of them. Especially the one on Cassatt and Normandy omfg I honestly am not even sure how they are still open at this point. Some of the worst waiting times i have ever seen and I've showed up there twice now where the line for drive through was wrapped around the building TWO TIMES. So yeah this Wendy's is pretty decent and has their stuff together for the most part
I sat in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. Nobody took my order, so I left. This isn't the first time this location has done this. I decided to give Wendy's another try today, 6/22/23. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh.
Food was good service was very slow but like most fast food places these days they don't have enough help. The ones that were working were working very hard.
After a terrible experience at Argyle Wendys with 2 melted Strawberry frosty’s and a frown we drove over here and explained the problem to them. They replaced the frosty’s and flipped our night around. Do not sleep on Oakleaf Wendys best customer service hands down compared to Argyle!

Clean location,was very busy. Wait wasn't that bad and good came out hot and correct, can't complain, excellent service
Had 3 granddaughters with us so just about anything would be good. Pumpkin spice Frostys was the clincher.
Wendy's is Wendy's pretty much everywhere. This particular one has slow service.
Service was good and quick. Was surprised with the new chili recipe as it was loaded with beans.
