I have been eating here for the past 3 months and never have I had a bad experience. I came in n this morning and I purchased 2 steak and egg and cheese pita's I quickly found out that it had been made with onions so when I returned the pita's the owner quickly had made me 2 more no questions asked no arguments just phenomenal customer service and the pita tasted delicious! This place treats you with kindness and respect and they even take the time to get to know each returning customer! This place has the best breakfast in Jacksonville with the best prices and the most friendliest staff! I encourage everyone to come over to The Sheik and support your local business!
First time going since before covid so it has been years. They use to have salmon patties which I loved, but I was told under new management. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was good! They have the best fries - crunchy on the outside soft in the inside. Yum! I wanted bacon but for just a few slices of bacon it cost the price of a whole pack from the grocery store. The lady at the drive thru window was nice and personable. I will be back - I hope they do the salmon patties again! :-)
Food is very good. Staff is warm and friendly. Feels like "the corner diner" where everyone knows your name. I prefer the Steak in a sack. Burgers are great too.
Ok dig this people bacon egg and cheese biscuit ok 4 piece of bacon, compared with any other in the area.. love it I like getting what I pay for happy friendly girl at the window yes I will be back....
I hadn’t been in many years until last year and it was as good as I remembered. We stopped again today on our way through, the service at this location is always great. Polite and good food.
First time at the Sheik. I know that is sacrilege being from the San Marco area. My first camel rider was delicious and the fries were great too. Will be back.
When I eat here, it's fast, courteous, good portion and seasoned enough. Inside there are seasoned salt shakers and plenty of condiments. Very n8ce powderrooms
When I was young the guy who owned this shop let me use my backpack blower to clean his parking lot. He fed the five people in my family that night maybe at the time about 3 dollars a combo. I have never been so grateful.

The customer service at this location is always beyond super. So very nice and pleasant. Super helpful. And the food is always on point. I can't say enough. I've enjoyed The Sheik for over 30 years, maybe more.
Jacksonville staple, and this location is now my favorite. From the service to the people I'm always happy when I leave. They make you feel like family and the food is a great price and tastes great too..
Loved the link sausage breakfast. Prices are a bit high, but you get a good amount of food and it's a step above typical fast food.
Better than any fast food out there. Always fresh and not greasy. I live 3 minutes away and get the Roast Beef Ryder for lunch all the time. Their breakfast is amazing. Bigger and better than the best. Tots are always perfect and the breakfast pitas are more than you need to start the day with a full belly.
Excellent experience. Food was beyond delicious. We ordered a double burger combo, crispy chicken sandwich and the 5 piece wing combo. Everything was hot and fresh. Fries crispy and hot. Customer service was amazing. We will definitely will be comi g back.
