At breakfast they only serve half a sub. But don’t mention that on the signs. Great sub but small.
It’s my first time here and the food is actually quite ok. We got the Smokehouse beef and Turkey subs and they’re not bad at all. Sure the price is a bit high but that’s expected. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I like them and so 5 stars.
I ordered the Turkey bacon ranch sub and let me tell you it was delicious I love FIREHOUSE SUBS
Definitely worth the stop after a long flight…i came all the way from San Antonio, Texas and on way back home to Texas I’m definitely stopping again
I stopped here at the JAX airport before my flight to Texas. They were very welcoming and sweet. Totally on task and ready to do just about anything to go over the top to help their customers. I was helped by Ivor Hicks, Vickey and Neshia. Vickey gave me no attitude at all when I asked her why my total was so big for a combo. She explained to me that everything was paid for separately. Ivor came into the conversation thinking there was a problem and tried to put me at ease when i wasn't even mad. That's good customer service. Neshia was very quiet focused on making the subs right to order. It was the most amazing sub! Too bad they're not foot longs and are max size of 8inches. They were very personable and heard my story as to why I was flying. Super entertaining crew. Thanks bunches!
