I would've given all 5 stars. Food was excellent, service was quick. But I purchased large curly fries and was barely any in it.
Chicken sandwich is "Oh so fresh". Fried to perfection with the right amount of mayonnaise and lettuce. Praises to the team cooking tuhday 👌🏾
I hadn’t eaten at Arby’s in years but my kids wanted to try it so we went. I don’t remember Arby’s being so expensive but everything is these days. The food was good, the fries aren’t nearly as greasy as I remember them being which is great! The main thing I want to comment on though is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and they are quick. It makes having to pay a little more worth it. I will definitely be back.
Every time I have orders food from here and had the privilege to be attended to by Yasmin, she has been absolutely wonderful. Wonderful, over the top service, amazing friendly attitude. She is remarkable!
Great food and staff. For the last week it closes at 8 p.m. due to NO STAFF. Better pay is a must. U.S. NAVY BASE down the road. Seeing how Sonic is gone, Wendy's is on thin ice...

Fast service, clean dining area and restroom and always accurate on my order; I can’t remember a time they got an order wrong and I eat here a lot. Staff is polite and professional. My go to for fast food.

Not the fastest drive thru but they're always super nice and always get my order right. They're understaffed so I don't blame them for being a little slower than average.
We went to the drive thru to place our order. The person taking our order was very polite and kind. Several items on the drive thru menu board were marked unavailable, luckily it was nothing we were ordering. Once we placed our order, we pulled up to the next window to pay. I had a $10 off $30 online coupon which I showed the cashier and they gladly accepted it. The cashier was friendly and polite. They offered a car cup holder for our 3 shakes. When our food was ready, they told us the first bag had the fries and condiments and the second bag had the sandwiches. The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was less than 10 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, employees polite, professional and friendly. We will definitely come to this Arby's on Mayport Road in the future! Thank you for a pleasant experience, you guys are great!
