We ordered a couple platters of subs last min and not only did they make them to perfection for us but the lovely Anna Perkins even carried them to my vehicle for me! Wow - I am impressed with the level of customer service and efficiency! Note: I wanted to tip on my card but wasn’t able to - you all should fix that! And give her a raise for going above and beyond!
I just wanna take a minute and hope that my message is read not only by other customers but the Manger of this store. The Assistant Manager Linda, is a good choice for the
position she is good in customer service and the store was clean
The other team members were great as well .I had a problem with the online app it charged my card 3 times and didn't register my order through the app tho .Linda gave a great response to the issue I was having.
Hopefully for her soon she will be the General Manager of her own store.These individuals on shift tonight are a great example of customer service.
Husband picked up an order from this location today, and the food as always for Firehouse was amazing. BUT while getting ready to eat my brownie I noticed the sticker for TUESDAY! I called the location and spoke to Justin and of course asked the common questions of how often and was it policy to sell 4-5 day old food. He stated it was an error and that this should have never been on the line. He offered a free brownie the next time I was in the area. The customer service is amazing for this location!!
What a fun place. And Sky, she hooked me up by making my New York steamer the way she likes it, and it was fire!!
What the best!!!! Even though they didn’t have my catering order ready because no one told it was there she was able to complete the order within 15 minutes.

The app didn't work as usual then the lady said to get my points I had to take the receipt and do something with it? Parents ordered directly after me and was able to use their phone number?

Always friends and delicious. I call my order in over the phone and 10 minutes later I'm in heaven. Favorites are Steak and Cheese, hook and ladder and of course the brisket. Fast, friendly, convenient and yummy. Cannot go wrong.
I've never had a bad sub from any of these places. Though at $13 a sub, I really expect them to pay their workers more than $12 an hour. That's pretty disgraceful in this economy. One star removed for that reason alone.
Good eating, very satisfying both subs & salads. I recently saw an ad about new gluten free bread. Can't wait to go back to try it.
Great staff. Quick customer service when I stopped by for a meatball sub sandwich.
Went ahead and upgraded to the meal deal and they even gave us a water cup so my daughter could have something to drink while we waited for our food.
Location is super convenient and every time I've visited for a meal have had a positive experience.
What I really like about Firehouse Subs is all I the hot sauces they have available for all those fans who like hot sauce.
In particular I noticed this location had little to go cups for the hot sauces they offer which I had not seen at any other location and thought that was pretty cool.
The staff is pleasant, courteous and accommodating. The sandwiches are always top knotch and regardless of how large or small my order is the service is still professional, and timely
