Was suggested by a coworker. Went and was impressed by friendly staff. Helpful on diet concerns. Food was made quickly and accurately. And tasted great. Brought the menu back to my 100+ staff and we ordered pick up and that went well. Except my salad was in my entree vs yesterday separate and made the meal not as good. I ordered the same thing. All coworkers salad was separated. Maybe an overaite. But def changed the taste once I added the great salad dressing to the salad in the same entree box. Overall still awesome. All coworkers put LNL on the take out map.
The food is definitely going to have me coming back. The pulled Kalua pork and cabbage with brown rice was more than enough to fill up my empty stomach. We all took a few bites of the ramen burger, was tempted order a second one lol. For some constructive criticism... guests dining in should have their food served on a plate not in a styrofoam container making it very difficult to cut the meat. Also with using the Styrofoam containers, leaves french fries soggy.
It’s amazing!! We waited for it for 2years and yesterday was our first time at this one & we went back again today!!! It was worth the drive
I ordered two plates. I ate da kine mix grill last night which was ono and den tonight I going grind da luau plate. Excellent! Everyting is just like it should be except da wahines no stay from da islands! Going back with reinforcements afta lose weight. Lol!
Felt like I was back home in Honolulu. Add poi and some poki and it's on. Clean and very helpful staff. Can't wait to try everything on the menu
Awesome food! The only thing wrong with this place is there is not one in the Orlando area!
Food was ono!! Reminds me of home I was pleased with the options on the menu. I would say that it does need to feel more like “Hawaii” in the seating area. Mahalo, for opening up in JAX...I will be back
I found this place looking for a comfort food restaurant near me. The place was very clean! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, but it was close to the restaurant's closing time, and I was the only customer on site.
I ordered the garlic shrimp with white rice, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for my meal to arrive, which was very good, considering that the food is fresh.
The flavor of the shrimp is amazing! My only comment is that a lot of us don't like to feel the skin of the shrimp, so it would be a good idea to advise people that they are not peeled.
Personally, I will come back
Decided to try out L&L Hawaiian Grill. Got the BBQ mix plate. I guarantee to you the pork and chicken is under the beef short ribs. 🤣🤣🤣 It was pretty decent, this whole thing is easily two meals for me. Service was excellent and very friendly staff. Loved the music while I enjoyed my lunch. Definitely will be back to try more on their menu.
Delicious Hawaiian spot! After seeing some food videos of Loco Moco, I had to go try it locally. The food definitely has a nice heartiness and comfort to it. The traditional Loco Moco composed of couple scoops of rice, cold macaroni salad, 2 burger patties swimming in a velvety gravy, all topped with sunny side-up eggs. All of it was scrumptious, especially the gravy. There are a variety of entrées to choose from. Wife doesn't really eat anything out of her comfort zone, they have traditional burgers and fries that she enjoyed. Their passion fruit soda was also really good.
Like I remember from Hawaii. Had the kalua pork and cabbage mini plate and my husband had the mixed grill. Both were very tasty and good portions for the price. The meat for the mixed grill was tender and tasty and the Mac salad was what I had been missing from home these past years.
Was looking for Filipino food but place was closed, glad I stumbled upon this place. Meat was cooked to order. Well trimmed and very flavorful. Staff pleasant and helpful. The serving of Mac salad looked a bit small for the entree. I'll def be back when in the area again . Enjoyed the music selection as well.
Amanda did a wonderful job providing me my lunch for my break. And I have to say that the garlic chicken is by far the tastiest thing I’ve ever had at L&L, and I love their food as well. The food came out in good time, good temperature and cooked very well. I will definitely spend more of my breaks there again.
Service: Cashier was friendly and polite.
Food: Just like the Baymeadows location, food was great. I was driving from the Town Center area because this location sells fried chicken skins. I asked them to wait 15 minutes before starting to cook it, as I didn't want panko to get all soggy in closed container on the katsu chicken. However I think it was cooked immediately so the katsu was a little disappointing because of soggyness.
This place reminded me of the restaurants I visited when I lived in Hawaii. The pulled pork was so tender and the overall experience was very pleasant. The only drawback were the chairs; they are very uncomfortable. Other than that, I loved it!
I went there hoping for saimin but unfortunately it was just removed from their menu. Overall familiar L&L ambiance. Staff were friendly and the location was good. We had the chicken katsu and spam misubi.
Went again and it hit satisfied my hunger for local food from Hawaii.
I always enjoy coming here, the food is always hot off the grill and there's lots of options. I've added some pics of the menu but make sure to look at the smaller menu on the board for some great additions. Don't be shy to ask if you don't know what things are, they're very nice here. It's a bit of a wait (they're actually cooking), especially when they're busy but it's definitely worth waiting. I already ate some of the Malasada btw, you get 10.
