This was the first time I saw so many cars in the drive thru and they handled it well. The frozen drink was good. I was disappointed I couldn't get a muffin, but the powdered donut was good. I got service from a friendly person.
Although order was placed on the app 16mins before I got there I still waited 22 mins in drive thru. My coffee was no completed as specified nor was the avocado toast with bacon. Dont recall it saying cheese in the description. This is normally not like this for this location. It's usually busy at 7am but the line is moving. Do better !
This, for living in Arlington and the Regency area for the past 40 years, I consider to be the OLDEST Dunkin Donuts! It is not too bad to get in and out of, but the street signage is not obvious, especially coming from the East/Beaches. I always use the drive-thru and the service is great. Of course, the food is also!!!
The drive threw customer service was impeccable! If I owned my own restaurant I'd want to snatch her up for myself! Not only was she incredibly sweet she was very time efficient. Every time I have gone there I have received the best of service.
The staff was busy and made sure they did things right. My coffee order was lost in the mix of things going on, but they were quick to notice I was still waiting and made mine right away as soon as they found out. It was perfect and noone was blaming the other or giving off any bad attitudes about the mix up!! That was worth it to me!! Seeing employees pull together as a team and fix problems without faulting others is something you don't see very often anymore. Great Job!!! Even mistakes being made can make your business look great as long as you fix them in the correct way!!

My favorite coffee shop. Faith the cashier here is totally awesome. I normally go by at 530 every morning and she has the best personality that early in the morning and she just makes your day that much better. She knows my order exactly every morning. She deserves acknowledgement for her service bc it's hard to find great employees like her.
I just went to this location and to be honest thank you, I ask for a caramel macchiato with the expreso on the side and they made it perfect just right and sweet enough I love it thank you to this team great service very friendly and very quick 👏🏻
Lady working this morning was cheery and so kind. My food and coffee was made perfectly. Never had an issue with my food and coffee here except once since I been going here. I will say employees and their customer service can be a hit or miss. But majority of the time they’re nice and work quickly as possible to fulfill my order.
