My grandkids had a great time.. They were able to play for their ages. 2 and 3 years old.. fun times
Today was our first visit to Chuck E. Cheese and my kids (4 and 2) loved it. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and patient when explaining how everything worked. Everything was so clean and the food came out quickly. Great experience. Will definitely return.
The food was ok for a venue like this, and my daughter enjoyed herself, but it was a bit pricey, and had no indoor playground at all, despite tags and pictures from the past. Neat, but we hopes for a playground too.
Best Chuck E Cheese ever! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the best birthday ever! The staff and manager work very well together and all came together to make his birthday happen. This location is clean, organized and has exceptional customer service. I was so delighted to find that this location was well rand. The manager was super helpful, and Brayden was an amazing help and very patient when changing our tickets.
The entire staff was willing to help. This is only a reflection of l management. we were there on a Saturday afternoon, and it was so smooth.

I was following 2 of my Sister's Grandchildren around. They had a good time playing. Their ages are 4 and 7 years. The salad bar was $7 and pizzas were approximately $20.We used to get paper tickets when you win now it's added to the ticket electronically.
I planned a last minute birthday celebration here for my son. The general manager Tracy was extremely helpful and considerate over the phone. I called the same day as his birthday to reserve a spot and while I couldn't reserve an actual birthday party that way, she suggested another method which ended up being perfect! When my guests and I arrived that evening, the staff was extremely attentive and doting on my boy which has special needs. He had a blast and so did all the kiddos in our group. My family and I gave this facility and especially the staff who served that evening an A+! Thank you for making my son's day complete :)

We had both our kids' birthday parties here this year, and we've attended two others. The pizza is surprisingly good. The staff is very helpful, albeit usually under-staffed (reason for 4 not 5 stars).
Nice staff, the food was great, and all of the games were working! It was fun. Only thing I will say is the security at the front wasnt guarding parents leaving with children like he should’ve been. A lot of adults were leaving with children without having the numbers on their arms checked.
Oh my goodness! I had my son's 3rd birthday party here. The experience was far beyond what I expected. Our hostess, Nene, was amazing and very delightful. I am very pleased. My son had a blast.

Great place to take the baby so she can play. Lunch buffet was 8 bucks and kids under 3 eat free. The buffet ran from 11 until 2. They also sell a kids cup that gets free refills on future visits. All in all a nice placeto get out of the Florida heat.
Staff were pleasant and friendly, food was fresh, hot and delicious. Overall it was a wonderful experience. The kids really did enjoy themselves, well the adults did too.
We had our two daughters birthday parties here the same day. They did a great job of organizing getting the kids fed quickly they all had unlimited play for 2 hours and each got a souvenir cup to take home. Each birthday girl received a thousand tickets and they got to go into the ticket blaster and Chuck-E-Cheese came out to sing Happy Birthday one of our children is terrified of Chucky and that was kind of our only issue is we had asked him to stay away from her and he did not quite follow that instruction so she sat in the back while he did the birthday stuff. Apart from that little pick up the kids had a great time the parents had a great time and all the kids walked away happy with lots of little trinkets from their ticket earnings from there two hour playtime
Christmas Eve was a good day to go, not busy and the place is very well kept. Most places like this are dingy but this one shines.
This location was clean, quiet and about 95% of the games worked. We did not order food on this visit, it was simply a game night for the littles. They absolutely loved it. We played more games in the one hours than I cared to and the kids were worn out when we were done. The staff was friendly and polite. Our favorite part of our evening was that this location was nearly empty and we felt as though were had the whole place to ourselves.
