The service was great! Prompt, professional and courteous the person that took my order. The atmosphere in the place was calm and relaxing. Now that chicken salad sandwich it was my first time trying. Humm I will stick with Arby's and continue to order the grill chicken sandwich meal. I love Zaxbys❣

So I've never been to a Zaxby's and can and did walk into this restaurant with an open and objective mind.
It's worth it. This is a high quality chicken restaurant that uses what I'd term the generous use of market and food innovation to make a good product and experience.
For example the grease and batter used on the chicken itself is a lot lighter and calorie conscious than other chicken locations.
Another quality are is the effective use of sauces and spices. It's acts like it should and garnishes and adds to the overall flavor. I had the nibbler meal which is a lightweight sandwich with fries which, at $9.99 is one of the more inexpensive items on the menu. I'm pleased to say that I didn't bite into one chicken bone this whole meal. 🐔🐤
The restaurant itself is spacey, well laid out and kept clean. Service is friendly and efficient they keep it moving but still focused and on quality.
I didn't do anything with the online App but from reading the door quickly also appears to be innovative in terms of online orders and some of the specials that are offered in support of this.
Lastly, out of a five star review. They have very good parking. Safe and away from the drive thru and entry way to this great place to enjoy a great chicken meal. 🌆
I know everyone has there different experiences but mines was awesome not only was the food good but the Dasher had excellent service. I personally think that the bad reviews aren't necessary👍
Pretty tasty food. Tried the white cheddar bites they were nasty. And the bread was super soggy.

When I am going to lunch, Zaxbys is always a safe be. I know I am going to get friendly service and my food is alway hot, fresh and delicious. All the locations are well maintained and clean.
They're a pretty good Zaxbys they get busy so you're best off using the app and not doing drive-thru.
The food was fantastic. I ordered the 5-finger buffalo plate with extra fries. The fingers were well sauced and cooked to perfection. They also gave an ample number of fries, which has been a problem at other locations. The food was prepared quickly, and the service was very friendly. Would definitely go back.
I go to Zaxby's all the time because their buffalo tenders & fries are superb 😋 (Regular tenders are good too- if you want normal spicy just use Tongue Torch sauce as the dip 👍🏽). I love their honey mustard as well (sometimes they forget & only add ranch 😅), but, they also have a really good rewards program: once you sign up, you'll begin to receive free offers through the app. That's only if you use the app though; doesn't work for DoorDash, GrubHub, PostMates, UberEats, etc.

Always delicious and wish they had the finger buckets like Guthrie's used to sell although you can order 20pcs separately... Great location and best chicken fingers in town. Sad that I can't get the Zestable sauce but the food is tasty enough without sauce. Had drive through service today and my finger platter was ready in an instant. Thank you!
The service was good. My order was taken very quickly that I had to verify if it actually correct at the window which it was. The food was good as always but the chicken was cooked kinda hard this time. Only a issue because I have small children and I'm concerned about their teeth. I ordered a 20 piece family meal and a grill chicken sandwich meal.
Friendly service and great food. The team is trying their hardest to provide great guest service. Every first Monday of a month Captain Character is there, kids can get face paintings and ballons. They have family night every Wednesday. A great deal for the whole family. And the newest item is the Zax Pak. Check it out! Zaxby's at Regency is a great place to be.
