Love this starbucks, the staff here are respectful and friendly. I come here quite often and usually they have everything and it's almost never busy. On occasion, one table or so is unwiped but it's not priority nor bad. These employees deserve a good raise.
Great experience. Brought my daughter in on her birthday and they gave her a cake pop! Staff is very patient and kind. Thank you!
love this coffee shop! there is always kind staff and a comfortable and stylish corner with sofas. kids love cake pops, they are great! The only thing is that there are not enough kids chairs.
This has been one of my favorite starbucks over the years, #1 the drive through line is always quick, there's a young gentleman named Cameron usually doing the drive-thru & he is just great & deserves a raise & they always make the drinks perfectly! Only complaint would be they leave a little over an inch of room on my latte many times, but that is all. Sadly I moved so will miss the service here.
We visit this Starbucks every time we come to town and it's always super clean, everyone's always upbeat, and they're super quick about getting the orders out!
Still brewing blonde roast when other area Starbucks are not... Please don't quit!
Needed to update my review because the customer service here is top notch. Ana knew I had returned from a Paris trip and took the time to draw me a memento on my lid! Please give her a raise- this is over and beyond. It definitely put a smile on my face. Merci beaucoup Ana!
6/1/2021 Had my first chilled Mocha Frap after over a year and oh my it was the nectar of the caffeine gods. The taste was just as I remember and was looking forward to. The restaurant was clean. Seating is spaced out to allow for Covid spacing. The staff was quick and courteous. I had just sat down and my order was ready. Definitely will visit again.
Update: Big improvement. Updated 1 star to 4 star. Great job for improving on the drive thru speed.
November 2019 (1 star) - Been standing for 10 min no movement. This is the third time i come and the wait is taking forever to order. After every car order there is a min 10min wait. Like come on!! This is drive thru am I correct? Isn’t it supposed to be fast lane?
Lol and after waiting forever to order.... still had to wait to pick up my 1 cup of coffee. 🤷🏼♀️

For the most part my drinks are accurate. Drive thru could be a little quicker but its not the worst (by far). I did enjoy the fresh scent of Jasmine while waiting in the drive thru which was quite pleasant

Visiting this place is relaxing. The atmosphere, services and stuff were outstanding.
Some menu items are regularly out of stock, but staff is friendly and atmosphere is always clean and inviting.
I email corporate all the time and tell them that this location is the best in Jacksonville! I drive 30 minutes everyday to go to location only. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like your family. My drink is made perfect everyday and they all know my drink, they really know how to make you feel special.
Major shout out to Kyle, I recently lost my grandmother and he always asks me how I’m doing and has such kind words. If you want the gold star treatment, this is your location to go to! Lexi I told you I would brag on you guys! You’re the best!!!
Been coming here for years. Sometimes not as often as I I would love to but I gotta say honestly love coming here and the baristas are awesome I'll give them a 10+🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The guy at the cashier is awesome not much to complain about they got my order correct and the location was clean and well organized even with tons of people showing up for Christmas day. Ordered one of the spinach wraps and three drinks.
