The Cashier was very personable and nice. The cook got my meal to me very fast and it was good and hot. This dining area is spotless and clean. They have two big screen tv's for customers to watch tv.
The New General Manager took a break and we chatted the whole time. Her name is, April. I wish all the best that life has to offer her. She is straight up! Keeping it real!

Only two people was working. One was working the window and the other was preparing food and working the counter. The process was very slow, flow dirty, and item such as the biscuit was not available. The workers were doing a great job considering the circumstances.
First, the drive thru attendant was super nice.
Second my food was fully cooked and tasty
Earlier today i stopped at another burger place and they were rude, and my food wasn't cooked properly.

First time coming here and the Krystal chiks were dry/not very good. But I LOVED their fries!! I'm now craving them consistently. The service was quick and the gentleman working was polite. I will definitely be returning!

Made a quick stop from traveling and was told up front there would be a delay for a huge doordash order that wiped them out. We appreciated the transparency and waited - and the staff was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Honestly we stopped here for the nostalgia bc these are so hard to find anymore, but the staff was so kind and professional, especially Selena.
