I love wendys! Especially their burgers and salads.
One of the coolest Wendy's I've been to, Clean and modern. Tried their breakfast, the lightly seasoned potato wedges are great! The mango bacon chicken croissant is fresh and the mango sauce really makes the flavors pop, I just didn't get much of it across the sandwich otherwise delicious.
Food was fast, fresh and hot served. The whole team did awesome job of preparing for the meal I ordered and got all the items requested correct.
Mrs. Cee was amazing! Incredibly sweet & working so hard. She needs a raise!! It's not often you see people working fast good that are so positive & upbeat! Great start to my morning! Thank you Chica!
There is an employee by the name of Ms.C (or Jersey) and I just wanted to tell the world how amazing she is. The 1st time I met her I remembered her because of her sweet spirit. She spoke to me with such confidence and with a smile. Today I woke up with a lot on my mind and decided to go and get something to eat and she's at the window. She didn't remember me but the words she spoke to me made my day. She spoke with such positivity she had me in tears. It's not what you say sometimes, it's how you say it. She loves herself so it's not hard for her to stand at that counter and encounter all kinds of customers....she deserves an award. I will be emailing corporate. She should be recognized...
They never have ice for drinks. Three separate visits, each time with weeks in between, and each time my soft drink never has ice. The most recent time I was told they just “ran out”
Okay I've been waiting on this for years! Wendy's now serves breakfast! And it's good. Make sure you add bacon to the honey butter chicken biscuit for a little extra crisp. I am not the biggest fan of the breakfast fries but they are okay.
Service was fast, the order screen was loud and clear something that is rare in most fast food places. I ordered the Harvest salad, and it is amazing! Chock full of apples, cranberries, feta,chicken, nicely stacked and layered so when I poured the apple cider dressing it covered the whole salad! Just like a real salad should be prepared! The employee was very friendly! Kudos!

Whatever you buy fast food you look at the advertising and then you look at your order it never ever looks like the picture.I must say this time ordering at Wendy's it looks just like the advertising and it tasted wonderful it was no lag time and the order and my order was to go the chili was nice and hot no complaints at all.
This is an update from my 1 star review awhile back. I went in this morning for breakfast, and the staff was very polite. The food was ready fast and fresh. I love how the back line lets the front line know what's ready and for where it needs to go, drive thru or counter. This restaurant has made a complete 180 from what it was. I am happy to go back to this restaurant again.
I love Wendy's. Sadly, whenever I dine in I never get a tray, only the bag for "to go" orders.
This is probably the best Wendy's location in Jacksonville. I've never had an issue with anything at this location. Food is always hot and freshly made.
