My friend and I ordered online and the system had closed down unfortunately. So after some minor conversation at the first window we moved to the second and the managers (Dominique & Tracy) were so sweet and made our order and i am so grateful!! My chicken nuggets are so freaking crispy and fresh!! 🤤 Im so grateful they made our food!!
I went here after having a horrible experience at another McDonalds. It was about 4 am and this man was awesome. He acknowledged me as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru... which is very hard to find anymore at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. Very respectful and professional. Made my day after the experience prior to
The McDonalds at this location on New Kings Rd HAS gotten much better than before. However, it still has its problems still. When I used to come here, the McDonalds at this location was very slow. This location has 2 lines so the employees can take care of their customers faster. But even with the 2 line distribution, before they still backed up the drive through all the way to the start of the parking lot. However, now, it has gotten much better, but they still sometimes claim their ice cream machine is down. I never liked the food from McDonalds in general, but I rated the food 5 stars for the people who enjoyed it. The atmosphere in this location is probably one of the best I've seen.
I don’t usually come to this location, but OMG whoever made my 2 sandwhiches tonight did amazing. They were sooo hot even by the time I got home the cheese was still melting off them they put cheese and pickles like I asked and extra Mayo. 10/10!!! I wish I woulda taken pictures but I scarfed it down too quick!
As long as I can use my points on the app and get my caramel frappes everything, I won't complain.
During the hurricane away, stop by and grabbed something. Griddles and those were the best mcgirdle I've ever tasted. That service was fast, but it was excellent
The team was very skilled and handled everything from obtaining permits to installation.

This was the McDonald's on US1. We were on our way home after a long day. It was getting late, so we stopped at McDonald's. First of all, it wasn't crowded. We were the only ones in line when we drove up, but we waited almost 7 minutes and 2 loud hellos into the speaker before the very young female taking the orders acknowledged us. I ordered the #7, and my husband ordered a smoothie. Before he ordered, he asked her if the smoothie machine was working and was told yes. So he ordered Strawberry/Banana. We pulled up to get our orders only to be told we were not charged for a smoothie. When we questioned why, since we did have a verbal interaction with the order taker BEFORE ordering, the server closed her window, and we could see her asking about the smoothie, and then breaking into laughter. She then opened her window and gave us the receipt to show that no smoothie had been charged, and still smiling said to us, "Yeah, ya'll go have to go back around." We did not. These people need some serious customer service training, and there needs to be at least one manager over 30 on each shift. And they have the nerve to want $15 plus dollars to work. The next time something like this happens, I am going to give them the food back and ask for my money back
Cooks are awesome clean store great management great food. Will visit again and recommend.
