I have come to this IHOP a few times, I always want to customize my order and never have a problem. They always have good service that is quick and kind. This time I ordered the country bowl with gravy and asked that they sub the hash browns for mushrooms. This might be my new go to! They keep this location nice and clean, though I normally come during less busy hours.
Nice crepes, but it was too sweet for me.
Can’t go wrong with the scrambled eggs, so that was good. Bacon was great, but waffle was my favorite.

I placed my order to-go. The food was cooked expeditiously, the quality was good and the customer service was great. The restaurant has an older look but it's still one of my favorite IHOP locations.
Food was quite good although I was disappointed they had no mushrooms for my favorite omelette.. was still very good and well cooked. Restaurant was clean and staff was extremely friendly although the temperature was surprisingly cold. Overall though a very good experience.
Food was good. The actual server(jeri?) was great. They did not have sugar free syrup. They did not have honey. It took 20 minutes to get seated even though there were 18 empty tables-short staffed???
Everytime we have visited this IHOP, food has been hot and fresh. Our server has been kind and attentive. Not once have we had a bad experience at this location.
So, my wife and I got there and the restaurant was understaffed as all get out, there was a bit of a wait but we soon found out why. There was only one server in the whole restaurant BUT he was the best and definitely over achieving at his job. If yall get a sweet man named James as your server, yall will definitely get the best service out there.. iHop, give that man a raise.
Ms.Terry was excellent! My sister told me that she only request her to wait on them and I understand why. She's very friendly and attentive. She's on top of everything and makes sure you're good.
I love this place. My first time in Florida. Jacksonville. I love the service. The food was great.
